Immediately thought of Vlad from The Bromance Bookclub especially with Teddy narrating 😂

I knew what to expect going into this, but it was pretty darn raunchy. An enemy to lovers sex worker (OnlyFans, not hooker) and son of a mobster. The trigger warnings made the book sound cooler than it actually was, but it ended up just being a lot of voyeur sex and the word kink a hundred times. Book #53 in 2025
Ooooh boy (as I fan myself). Not for the faint of heart, this one pushes all the boundaries. This one is dark, steamy, snarky, spicy, funny, sexy. Great on #audio but beware listening in public. Did I mention it is hot?
Not as dark as I would have thought, but I liked it. I think she‘s grown as a writer since Lights Out!

While I enjoyed this book, it was not as good as the first book. I didn't like the characters and the plot as much. Very steamy like book one and dark so read the trigger warnings. 3.5⭐️ #SeriesLove2025 @Andrew65

Wow, this book is a sizzler! Lots of narrative tension, and a good backstory to balance out the plentiful smut, and appealing main characters, too. I especially liked that Lauren had a solid friend structure for support and reality checks. This felt darker in tone and more violent than the first book, but it sure was a compelling read. I‘m not sure I buy into Lauren‘s relatively easy forgiveness throughout, but other than that, a solid bit of fun.
Happy Tuesday! Today's questions are inspired by my own pre-order. The tagged book appeared in my Kindle library this morning. Everyone is welcome to play. Have a grand day!
