Here‘s my #bookspinbingo list for May. I decided to take a leaf out of @Cinfhen ‘s book (see what I did there?!) and go a bit #looseygoosey this month.

That‘s because I have a huge pile of library books, although many of the named books are also for #readingasia2021 so hopefully I‘ll be able to tick off a lot of countries this month.

My #weeklyforecast goals are to finish the books I have in progress (I should finish Miami Noir and The Spy and the Traitor today), read The Chemist, so I can leave feedback for my myTBR bibliologist before my next set of recommendations is processed, read my book for #LMPBC, and at least start The Cat I Never Named. It‘s going to be a busy workweek, so I‘m not sure I‘ll be able to do it all, but I‘m hopeful. 🥰

If penguin/RH is selling this as Gothic horror, can I use it for the prompt? I hadn‘t thought about it because BOTM doesn‘t generally market books as horror, but it‘s not that different than The Haunting of Hill House, which I would consider Gothic horror. I also saw it referenced in author blurbs.

#SoaringScores Not quite the #LibraryofCongress but a uniquely different and interesting library. This was a total #BlameItOnLitsy read 🤓It was whacky and weird and slightly wonderful. This Is Where I Leave You | Tropper, Jonathan

#AnglophileApril I‘m not sure why this book popped into my head for #LetYouLoveMe but it‘s one of my FAVORITE books about family relationships and all the complicated ways we‘re connected. It‘s hilarious and easily one of the funniest books I‘ve ever read. I think book is wayyyyy better than movie, however movie was fun too!!
