pickI know this one‘s been a bit controversial but I really enjoyed it! The ominous undertones just pulled me in. I loved living in that space of not knowing. Though it was predictable, it was also an entertaining experience. :)

pickI find it difficult to read books where I don‘t like any of the characters and I hesitated because I heard all the characters in this book were unlikeable. Happily, I found this not to be true. I did like two of the characters especially and found myself rooting for them through the twists and turns of this story.
For me, the pacing of this book started slowly but built quickly and became very exciting and unputdownable towards the end. #thriller
pickI just finished Verity last night. It was such an ominously, creepy book, without being too scary. The main protagonist is a writer and I really liked the writer process and aspect. The creepy house/creepy family was also perfect. I found it fun to read and I just zoomed through. 😄
The twist at the end was not too difficult to figure out but still, what the protagonist did was like, wwhhaattt? 😬
Overall, great read! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

pickIt‘s difficult to sum up this book as it‘s vast and intricate. The sassiness is one reason I kept turning the pages. The action flows and the characters quip. It was a lot of fun. 😄
I think if you‘re a fan of Patrick Rothfuss, or even a less formal/gruesome game of thrones, this book may be for you.
As for me, I loved it and am starting the second in the series ASAP.
