Filled with brutal and devastating self-defence techniques for hand-to-hand combat.

I'm glad I read it, but it does get repetitive.

Allotment Month by Month | Alan Buckingham

Pickpick

This is an excellent book. It's got everything you need to know about growing fruit and vegetables, whether it be in your back garden or an allotment.

It goes through the months of the year, letting you know the best things to plant on that month and how to plant and care for it.

It's a reference book, so it's a valuable companion through the year to keep you right and learn new and better ways to plant, care for, and harvest your crops.

This is a dark, fast-paced story with well-crafted characters.

The villain, Bullet Tooth, is as nasty as they come.

It's gritty, brutal, and full of gore, so it's certainly not for the squeamish.

The ending felt rushed, but I still had a lot of fun with this one.

This is a dark, brutal, and violent coming of age story.

It's constructed very well.

There was a part which was so disturbing for me, I almost DNF, but I'm glad I began the next chapter and completed the book.

Another very thought-provoking book from David Icke.

He always manages to go one step further than the previous one. His explanation of the illusion in which we live and that we will face even at the moment of 'death' is spectacular.

Read it with an open mind, and everything will make sense.

This is a book complied by one of John Lennon's closest friends, Pete Shotton.

It gives an in-depth insight into the relationship between the two men, from their childhood days, until Lennon's final days in New York.

It follows the known John Lennon/Beatles' story with Shotton's own memories woven in. The included photos are great coming from Pete's personal collection, which probably won't appear elsewhere.

Jones exposes the sinister Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum in this book, and it provides us with an idea of what they really have in store for us. Despite their claims to want a better future for all, it really is a better future for them and digitally controlled imprisonment for the rest of us.

It also highlights how they're manipulating global events, e.g., climate change, covid-19, digital IDs, wars, and more to achieve their aims.

This one rambled on too much with unnecessary descriptions and information.

I think I know why the author did that though, for filler.

Instead, he should have just written clever dialogue or just made it shorter.

All that stuff aside though, there were some entertaining and gory parts.

The shark was f#cking terrifying, so savage!

Overall, it could have used better editing.

tonymp Awwww. I was hoping someone else would like it as much as I did. I understand your critique, though. I think I liked it because I was pleasantly surprised. For a self-published story just written for the heck of it, the writing was not half bad. The next one in the series, OGRE, is a lot shorter. I think today I'm going to finish off the series. For me, sometimes a plot takes place in the 1980s but there's no flavor. Anyway, I'm not disappointed in your opinion. I'm just hopeful someone likes it as I have. (edited) 2y
