Finished the group #buddyread just in time last night! I really liked this one, but I must admit, I found the modern-day story more compelling and the '80s storyline didn't quite fit for me. Still excellently suspenseful though! Taking a picture in the car seemed most fitting.

Read this just before bedtime with my oldest. It's one of our favorites! He got so excited that it started to clash with the whole "going to bed" thing. I've definitely succeeded in passing on my love of Halloween! ?

Finished this one on Friday. I really liked this second book in the series. Though I guess I have to get over wanting Verity and Max to get together and actually give Sidney a chance. This one has Verity and Sydney going back to the frontlines of WWI searching for someone Verity used to work with.
