Bk4 of July is done. This was a strange one, but highly enjoyable. Told from multiple POVs, one of whom was a religious cat, it was a bit hard to follow at times but still a great read. Bk8 of May & Bk5 of #NutsInMay #readathon is done! I read this as audio on Scribd & loved it. Bk10 of April is done! Wow. Wow wow wow. I only received this in the mail a few hrs ago & already finished it. I love this authors “Alice” series but this was so much better. The sense of terror & dread starts in the 1st chapter & doesn‘t stop. A young woman checks the traps near her mountain cabin when she finds a dead fox & prints that are much bigger than a grizzly. Bk14 of March is done! It‘s also my #Doublespin book this month🙌 This classic, slightly depressing novel is set in 1930s Monte Carlo, then the Manderley estate in Cornwall England. A young naive girl is swept up in a whirlwind romance & married to Maxim De Winter & becomes the new Lady of Manderley. Bk2 of March is done. This is a beautifully written novel about the murder trial of a Japanese/American man, accused of killing a white man on a small Puget Sound island after WWII. It‘s also about the teenage love between a Japanese girl & the reporter that‘s now covering her husbands trial.
