After all the praise I read I expected a twisty surprising thriller.....eh not so much. I felt like it was predictable and more creepy and sick then thriller. The characters were undeveloped and it felt very rushed. I do not recommend.

Finished this last week. Was not sure halfway in how I felt but I liked it. Looking forward to the second book! May not be everyone's cup of teA.

Liking this book so far!

Moyes does not disappoint!! I loved Jennifer and Boot's story! Its beautiful, tragic, happy, and shocking all in one. Also makes me glad I was not a woman in the 60's. My lack of filter would not be good! Definitely read this book!!!

I love #historicalfiction and this book was very good!! Set in WWII Paris, full of love, intrigue, lies, fear, and death. Author pulled me right into the streets of Paris. I felt like I was at Coralies hat shows and at the Derby. Once I got a few chapters in I could not put the book down. I had to finish it! It definitely kept me on the edge of my seat wondering what on earth, who, how, why.....kept you guessing until the end. I did feel the main character was a little stuck in the past but it did not take away from the book. Definitely recommend!
