Reading the end of this book so I can start my vacation with a new one 😉
Oh, my. What an ending! You know, with this book, I did what I always do with the great stories I have the good luck to find. I leave them for days, but not because they are bad, but because I don‘t want to finish them.

Unabridged Audiobook (10/10):
Genuinely one of the greatest conclusions to a five book story I‘ve ever seen. It‘s been a very long time since I first read these Percy Jackson books, but to know that they still (and will continue to) stand the test of time makes me so incredibly happy.
On its own, this story is so heartfelt in the messages it presents, the sacrifices we witness, and even the betrayals showcased throughout.
Starting the last book in the percy jackson series tonight. Im really enjoying it Idon‘t know why i never read them as a kid
Oh dear, adding the August books to the windowsill has created a bit of a traffic jam! 😂 Plus I still have to find out what my August #TrappedonanIsland read(s) will be!! This also doesn't include the six chapter-a-day(ish) books I'll be reading as well because I definitely do not have a problem!!
For the immediate #WeeklyForecast - I actually have DNF'd two Kindle books since yesterday, so those are slowly getting cleared out. Starting the ⬇

I love this series so much. I can't wait to read more of these books in this universe.
Last one of the series!

The final book in the series! I was really excited to read it and enjoyed the little mysteries and things to be found out throughout the story. There was a lot of action and it was a good finish to the series. âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸
I don‘t think I‘ll ever get tired of reading this series
6 Jun-3 Jul 2021 (audiobook)
The final instalment of Percy Jackson and the Olympians. I enjoyed the resolution and Percy‘s choice of gift from the gods. And seeing the NYC statues come to ‘life‘ as automatons would be pretty cool. Hoping the Disney Tv series is a success and we get to see that part. Beatrix was restless towards the end - we won‘t go on to any of the other books just yet.
I'm so proud of Percy! All the odds are always against him, but he still makes the right choices. All my favorite characters played a role in this last part. There was a lot of battle going on, which I normally don't like, but it so much changed every page; new monsters, new allies and enemies, new tactics. This book was a wonderful end to the first part of the series. I'm glad I re-read it!
The final battle spans over almost the entire book, at least 260 out of 360 pages.
Also, I lived for Percy‘s and Annabeth‘s relationship in this.
I loved the theme of people being both good and bad. There were those who betrayed the Camp, and yet still saved the day.
I thought that Clarisse was kind of done dirty in this book. For most of the book, she‘s away, refusing to fight because of a silly disagreement.
This is my least favorite of the series. I can't put my finger on any specific reason. Maybe because it's darker than the others and doesn't have as much of the humor. It's still a great series overall, and the audio narration is decent.

Continuing on with the #NarniaReadalong even though I‘m usually a couple days behind. Rereading these books is a joy.
Finished was a book I didn‘t expect Libby to deliver for another few weeks, and it was fantastic. Peace Like a River is for my book group. And finally finishing the Percy Jackson series. And I‘ll get back to Jane Jacobs soon, I hope.
One of the most emotional books I had the honor of rereading. Rick Riordan found a way to make us fall in love with all the characters in this world. Definitely will be a book I make my children read one day when I have them. Lol.
Thanks for the tag @Ast_Arslan
Tagged has an Annabeth Chase 😉
1. A gray cat named Trouble was already in our family when I was born. I like to think she prepped my parents for me but I was an indoor kid and she was an outdoor cat 😸
2. My prior experience as a manager at my hotel is allowing me to be useful at work while our GM is in the hospital.

I didn‘t want to start this one because I already didn‘t want it to end. I enjoyed these 5 books and this one is special as the conclusion. It was the culmination of the other books and became more exciting and fast paced as it went. I plan to read some of the other books by Riordan.
Re-reading this whole series as an adult and in English was a wonderful treat. I read all five books from Friday to Sunday, and I was both proud of myself for still remembering a lot but also happy that I was again surprised by many plot twists. Next on my Riordan list is a first read of The Kane Chronicels!

The final battle for Olympus is drawing near and Camp Halfblood has been doing everything in its power to help prevent Kronos taking over.
This was probably my least favorite in the entire series and was actually pretty hard to get through due to my lack of interest at times. Check out my Goodreads review for more on that: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/2618973882

One of the big things I want to do before the end of year is to try and finish off some of the series is still have on my shelves. Here‘s my #crushtherush tbr. Fingers crossed that I‘ll be able to get through a decent chunk of these but being a mood reader, you may never know lol.
Just finished The Last Olympian now going onto read the Heroes of Olympus series. #rickriordan #percyjackson #annabethchase #groverunderwood #percabeth #percyjacksonandtheolympians #heroesofolympus #thelastolympian
I enjoyed this one a hair more than the others in the series simply because the stakes are higher. Finally we have the big titan v god battle, which takes up maybe half of the book. I wasn't sure if I'd want to continue on with the other Riordan books (Percy is slightly irritating with exactly zero character growth, even though he ages from 12 to 16 in the course of the series), but I do enjoy reading these silly things.
The final installment of Percy Jackson and The Olympians. This one was full of action right from the start and just never lost its momentum, the action just kept coming and coming. There was some tear jerking moments but overall it‘s a great solid end the series. I‘m excited to get a hold of the next series and finally continue reading the rest of the World Riordan created.
The Percy Jackson books are just plain fun, and this installment builds to the epic Battle of Manhattan. When all seems lost, in rides #TheCavalry, aka the children of Ares, to slay the drakon. #TropesInAugust

Showing off my Percy Jackson shelf in honor of PJ's birthday today! Also starting The Last Olympian per tradition today. ðŸ˜
I loved the conclusion of this series. I never read it when I was younger but all the mythology references are so fun and the pace is fast.
Finished book 4 of the series that left some things hanging so moved straight on to book 5 before I forgot the important points.
#MidYearRush
this book it the BEST! i just wish so many beloved characters had not died.
The big battle of the series. It was really cool how rick had all the statues in downtown Manhattan animated and moving.
Great ending to the series - my kids and I are so excited for the Disney plus show!
4.4/5💚s
Finished it in 3 days. Loved the final book and finally my shipping was satisfied. 😜 Action packed as all the rest, heartwarming, and surprising! I soooooo wish the series didn‘t end. What will I read now?!?!? 😠While I want more, the ending was satisfying, so it‘s not like I‘ve been left hanging on a cliff.
Finally finished the Percy Jackson series! Loved this last book and the resolution. I‘ll definitely delve into some of his other books in the future.
I‘m in my happy place!

Enjoying a picture perfect afternoon in the backyard. The perfect weather and Carolina blue skies are so peaceful and lovely it made me cry. Just a tad emotional this week! 🤣
Finally getting around to the last Percy Jackson book!

10/50 #goodreadsreadingchallenge2020
A very good end to the series. Lots of action and great character building/maturing. I appreciate that Riordan trusts his readers enough to know that there need to be some sacrifices along the way for a good book and that not all characters can survive to the end if you want your conflict to be viewed realistically. Also, I'm very thankful that the Heroes of Olympus series exists. Because I need so much more of this mythological fun.
Fantasy
June 10, 2019 - July 8, 2019.
I chose this book to finish the series.
This book is a sequel from“The Battle of the Labyrinth“. Percy leads his friends onto an ultimate stand to protect Mount Olympus from Kronos and his army of titans and monsters. At the end, Percy killed Luke, who was possessed by Kronos, by stabbing him. SUddenly, the Gods came to fight Kronos, but Percy and his friends already took care of it. This ends the series.
