Tonight‘s #7DayHyggeChallenge prompt is “Have a screen-free evening with board games or curled up with a good book.” I turned off my tv, put on music, checked in with my self-care journal, played a few rounds of Q-Less & then moved to a book. I wasn‘t sure if I was in the mood to start Immortal Longings or spend time with Nancy Drew, but Nancy won out. Peppermint chocolate may also have been consumed...☺️💙😋

🌺I like them but I don‘t usually play them. In Halloween I play it during Litsy readathons games.
🌼...read outside surrounded by colorful nature.
🌷I will say Hamnet but I enjoyed almost all the books read this month with the exception of one (The Flower Arrangement). Another one was ok (so-so) but I liked some parts (Matilda).

My words for #wintergames2021 and some of my 2022 reading goals. Returning to Litsy has been really inspiring for me and I have some ambitious goals that I am really excited about!! The biggest goal I have is to not purchase any books for myself this year. I have several boxes of books in my shed and a couple of bookshelves that need to be emptied. I will use the library for any books I want to read that I don‘t own. Happy New Year, Littens!

My New Years book goals are to listen to more audiobooks so I can crochet more, read at least one nonfiction book per month, and try to read more diverse authors ☺️
