I definitely liked this book. It was a really quick read with an interesting storyline. I thought there could have been more of a twist with it to really take it over the edge, but I thought the story was solid and it was easy to get through.

Second book in a row I‘m reading that is about an abduction. Let‘s see what you got Natasha Preston.

This book had a lot of potential. Amazon claims this is teachers pick for K-8; disregard that. There are references to domestic and sexual violence, including scenes of r*pe, killing sex workers, etc. Do not recommend for anyone under 16.
In other news, it was not surprising, no plot twists, nothing exciting or different. It was very frustrating at times as well but if you want to give it a try, I won't spoil it.

mehhh. you can tell it was originally a wattpad story based on some of the descriptions. it didn‘t wow me but it also wasn‘t awful. just average.

I don't really read thrillers or do the true crime thing. But I picked this up for October and enjoyed it! I feel it was a good intro to the genre. Only issue was the ending felt a bit too rushed/sudden, like the author just wanted to be done with the story.Though a series it can work as a stand alone.
TW: kidnapping, violence, sexual assault, murder

This was a great book to just sit down and read. I finished in a day. The ending wasn‘t a surprise, but a good book nonetheless :)

My first time reading a book by Natasha Preston. It will not me my last. I will definitely recommend this book to friends. You felt like you were in the book and kept you on the edge of your seat. Quick read for a weekend or vacation. I liked it alot.

About half way in... so good!

This man is completely mad! Summer, an all-American teenage girl, is abducted by a maniac who keeps calling her Lily. This story, told through three alternative voices, got me hooked right away. Although it does feel a bit rushed and predictable at the end, I think it's still worth reading!

Just started reading this one while getting my hair done today.. a real page turner!!🤩🤩🤩

Wow...This story had me on the edge the whole time. CLOVER a sick bastard who's dream was to have the perfect family. Lily, Poppy, Rose and Violet were it. The perfect pure girls he bad to save from this horrible word. He wanted them to understand what he was doing for them, to thank him for protecting them but they didnt. All they knew is that they had to fight for their life. Natasha Preston brings us yet another exciting thriller.

This book is so creepy ☠️😨 and had me hooked the entire time. I couldn't put it down. I can't wait to read more from her.

I love this author. I cannot put her books down! Easy reads but gripping just the same.

I‘m not crazy for a story that‘s expected. Plus I think she should‘ve been more tuned in to missing her family V.S. her boyfriend. Nicely written though. Just too “blah” for my personal taste. I mean come on- before I was 10 years I was reading the Harry Potter series and Stephen King novels. So please don‘t take offense Natasha Preston fans! Just count me out of being one of them now.

It kept me interested from the beginning. I didn‘t want to stop reading it and a book like that is great as far as I‘m concerned.

This book had me on the first chapter. I literally couldn't stop turning the pages. It was super suspenseful. Natasha Preston knows how to write a thriller. Finished it in one day, even while at work. I just ordered the rest of her books. Definitely a must read!

This is my ALL TIME favorite book. It is a very easy read, although, it has some touchy material in it. I strongly suggest this to anyone who can read
