Next up before bed is 47 Meters Down. When I first saw this I thought it was gonna be stupid but I was surprised by how much I liked it. #Scarathlon2020 #TeamHarkness

I got a new book for Christmas! Been waiting to read this since @TheReadingMermaid and @MaleficentBookDragon posted about it.
Merry Christmas, my Littens!
🦈 I read @TheReadingMermaid review and I‘m taking a mother🤭 chance reading this kindle freebie.
🦈 Jaws ⛴ 80s classic!
🦈 Shark in the Water 🌊 V V Brown
#manicmonday @JoScho
So would I recommend this book? That's a hard question to answer. I think this is one of those books that you just have to take a motherfucking chance and read it for yourself. 😁

And up next is......
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
❤️ @MaleficentBookDragon ❤️
OMG!!! I just got spoiled by @MaleficentBookDragon 😲😲😲 oh my goodness girl you really know what I like! I love all your gifts so much! I can't wait to use the mermaid blanket! It is gorgeous and I know what I'll be doing tonight with the hubby.... SHOTS! 🥃 I absolutely cannot wait to read the tagged book 😂😂😂 it's going to be great. And thank you so much for the coloring book and the pencils. Love you girl 😘😘😘
What goes great with Motherfucking Sharks?
That's right, peanut butter cups and two snobby cats that are too good to take their photo with a book by that title.
#catsoflitsy
What did I just read?!? So weird. And so many questions.
Persephone is not sure what to think either.
Thanks again @ReadingRover

I came home from work last night to this lovely package from @ReadingRover
Thank you so much! I love everything. It was so well thought out and perfect for me. I'm really looking forward to Black Cats & Evil Eyes as well as the tagged book (which I may just have to share with my #TeamCthulhu after reading it)
It was a perfect, and much needed, cure for the #mondayblues
Thank you again.
Um...yeah....okaayyy. I have no idea what to say about this. It wasn‘t badly written, but I am just not sure what I think.
This was a literary hit and run. What. Did. I. Just. Read? I mean, the book is about sharks that come after a big rain. They aren‘t friendly. I think I‘m happy that I finally read it, but I reserve the right to change my mind. It was bananas.
This book was already weird, but this is how this whole chapter goes. Just a page and a half of "rain." Whaaaaat the actual f.
In honor of #SharkWeek, I'm throwing it back to when my family got SO mad at me for reading this on the beach. #BeachReads 🦈 🦈🦈
The first book I thought of for today, even if these sharks are not in the #ocean ?#SizzlinSummerBooks @Tiffy_Reads
"It comes on winds that smell of blood, the storm that sweeps the motherfucking sharks from man-dwelling village to man-dwelling village, where they fall as... fall as rain, as spores in the drops, to land on the land, and emerge from the wetness."
?⛈?

What did I just read?!?😂 A quick read. A bit bizarre. Totally engrossed. Quirky. Loved it. Not much more I can say about it!
Day 28 of #marchintoreading
Some #crazycovers on some crazy (awesome) books. 😜
Just read two real stinkers in a row, so now I'm cleansing my brain's palate by rereading one of my favorites. 📚🖤🦈
Ummm...hmmm...Free if you have Amazon Unlimited...um...Some great and incredible sentences. It has real writing behind it...um...I have no idea how to describe it, but I liked it. It isn't trashy as the cover suggests, but it is surreal and kind of fun in a disturbing way. The ending pays off...ummm...just read it as I can't even...
Action shot of Theo ... thinking there was something under the books. Nope. Books!!! So this was my Amazon box influenced by Litsy. Thanks Litsy folks...you'll probably be getting individual emails from my husband to cease and desist. ???? Because his joking: you work in a library" has never stopped me. Me: what's your point? ??? Books: must have books. (Letting you in on the joke: He probably reads more than I do.)?❤️
Day 15 of #somethingforsept is #weirdbooks and these two are the weirdest I have read lately. The Vegetarian is good, but I definitely had some 'what am I reading' moments.
Motherfucking Sharks is just a crazy little ride - very entertaining!
Apparently this isn't good beach reading?
About halfway through my first #24in48 book, with a cup of coffee, before the rest of the house is awake. Admittedly, literary Sharknado may not have been the best choice before breakfast. But it's fun!
This book was so weird... So inventive and funny and gross and amazing. A very short read, but entertaining all the way through. Pictured: one of the less interesting chapters. 😂
I'm not entirely sure what possessed me to buy this book, but so far I am entertained! 😳😂
Do you know what week it still is? That's right, it's motherfucking SHARK WEEK. Read this bad boy last night. I was in for a treat. Desert sharks? ✔️ Shark attacks in a bathtub? ✔️ FLYING SHARKS THAT ATTACK YOU WHEN IT'S RAINING? ✔️ Bonus: twincest(?!) & a dude carrying skulls of his dead family.🐬
Because....Shark Week!!! 🎉🎉
Thanks to @Liberty for posting about this gem!Magical flying sharks emerge out of puddles and destroy everyone in sight. That's really all you need to know. It's Sharknado if Sharknado were a smart, laugh-out-loud funny, gruesomely dark comedy. And it's only 116 pages. Do it. You know you want to.
Soooooooo excited to learn that Brian Allen Carr, author of all these wonderful novellas (including MFS, one of my very favorite books) has his first novel coming out next year!!! 🚀🤘🏼⚡️
