Here‘s how I did on reading in July.

July wasn‘t a great month; granted I lots of family events and am still working through my grandma‘s death (funeral was held this past month because family was in town for my grandpa‘s 100th birthday anyways) and my dad‘s cancer diagnosis and my own recovery from cancer diagnosis about 4 years ago. Read about 2500 pages, which was also the lowest read this month. Hopefully August is better.

I can‘t believe I didn‘t post this already! I made up the graphic right away, but I‘ve been a bit frazzled, as we‘re adding a guest bath and my mom arrives later today to utilize it, but the toilet didn‘t go in until yesterday. 😵‍💫 So finally, here they are. Looks like a fun mix! #ReadYourEbooks

Here‘s my July reading wrap-up. I really like this cute little summary. This is going to save me so much time every month. I just finished Never Lie by Freida McFadden. I decided to add it to my July wrap-up even though it‘s now August 1 and it‘s 2 AM. I didn‘t think I was going to finish this book at 2 AM but I couldn‘t stop reading it once it got really good.

Started the month with a slump but ended up reading a good amount

24 books finished in July! August here we come! My favorite from last month was In the Lives of Puppets by TJ Klune.

Here‘s what I read and watched in July as well as my thoughts on what I watched.

Firefly Lane - My mom and I watched this on Netflix. My mom liked it. I didn‘t. Maybe I‘ll like the book better.

Elemental - My birthday was on July 9. I went to see this with my mom. I really liked this. It was cute.

Oppenheimer - I went to see this with my stepmom, my brother and my sister in law. They liked it. I didn‘t.

My July Stats: 12 books read & one in process which is good for a month that got work busy. Finished my books for my virtual foodie book club (reread), #SundayBuddyRead & #PemberLittens (Longbourn is still in process) & one book tour review #ARC 📚I popped in a few library books & a couple of cozy mysteries & reread a childhood favorite.

My top 3 were probably Wordslut, Last Summer at the Golden Hotel & Mr. Malcom‘s List, but I enjoyed them all.
