julesG In short, you should probably not eat more, but MCFAs are oxidized by your liver and hence not stored in fat or muscle tissue like LCFA (long chain fatty acids). They are metabolized right now and not stored for eternity as love handles. MCFA are found in milk and coconut oil, for example. 5y

I decided our office deserved a little treat today, so I made four bags of my specialty popcorn last night to bring in. I‘m less than 3 hours into my shift, and it‘s already 2/3 gone. I think this might need to be a reoccurring thing. #fortheloveofpopcorn

Snacks & Stacks! Everything from the library (though I will get through maybe 4 of them at the most) and the ghost of snacks past. I'd get unopened packages from the kitchen, but I'm attached to a headphone cord as my hubby never expresses his night owl tendencies when I really need him to. 🙄😴
