Here‘s my Let‘s Go book rec for #SkeletonCrew #HauntedShelf. I randomly grabbed this one from my library, but I would love to own it. It is a picture book, but adults should read it too. It‘s cute and funny and I think most adults will get teary eyed toward the end. It‘s perfect. 👻🥹🖤
One of my daughter‘s favorite books. Some of the books we‘ve read recently (1121 points). #scarathon #BatBrigade
1. 🎥/📖 Harry Potter series
2. A bucket of assorted mini candy bars and mini packets of Skittles
3. At night in bed
4. The fall colors, cooler weather, and apple cider donuts!
5. I could eat the crappy Maruchan ramen every day and still enjoy it

Hey #BatBrigade 🦇 #Scarathlon will soon be upon us so I thought we could get to know each other a bit before the games begin!
1. 🎥 Hocus pocus 📚Ninth House
2. Hot caramel apple cider
3. At night in bed
4. Cool temps for cozy sweaters
5. My favorite show is Grey's Anatomy, but only seasons 1-10
P.S. I feel like there's too much pressure for interesting facts, so that why I asked for a boring one instead 😂
I knew I had to look up Rebecca Green's other work as soon as I saw her illustrations in How to Be a Good Creature. Turns out she can also write an adorable book, as well as give it her unique art style. This definitely has late autumn, spooky vibes, but is fun and heartwarming to read, no matter the season.
Sure to captivate the imagination of little kids. Sweet not scary. #Scarathlon2022 #TeamMonsterMash @StayCurious #BookspinBingo @TheAromaofBooks #Spookoween2022 @TheSpineView #31by31 @Catsandbooks #PointsAThon @dieareader @GHABI4ROSES
I love revisiting this picture book each October. So sweet and funny with the most adorable illustrations. And the ending always brings tears to my eyes. Highly recommend.

💕👻💕 The artwork in this picture book is adorable! The story is just as cute. Besides describing how to befriend a ghost, it talks about fun activities for you and your ghost like feeding it cinnamon-dusted insects 🐜. It also talks about how your ghost will comfort you in your old age. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my absolute favorite of the books that my daughter has gotten from the little feminist book club. It‘s absolutely adorable. The main human character is female but it‘s all written as an actual how to book and her gender isn‘t at all relevant to the story (which is weirdly rare). #littlefeministbookclub #diverselibrary #diversechildrensbooks #childrensbook #childrensbooks
5 ⭐️ my goodness so cute!!! It was the fun first for me to win a free copy on a giveaway and it came FAST. Definitely try this picture book out - the illustrations are gorgeous and if you have kids I bet they will also come to love it.
Ohmygoodness guys get this book! It‘s so adorable!!! Also bonus points to Random House because I got it a day after they tagged me that I won the drawing and wasn‘t expecting it until Friday or after 🤗🎉🙌🏻📚
First book drawing to win on Instagram! 😂📚💙🎉🙌🏻 I follow the author/ illustrator and I love the illustrations!
#TBRtemptation post 5! Recently released. What do you do when you meet a ghost? One: provide it with favorite snacks, like I'd tarts and earwax truffles. Two: tell it bedtime stories. Three: make sure no one mistakes it for whipped cream or a marshmallow. Beautifully rendered and richly illustrated. #blameLitsy #blameMrBook 😎
Hummmmmm. An interesting read. It‘s literally a “how to” manual rather than a story. The illustrations are fine, and I see some kids liking the story. That being said, I think it has no value for Storytime, or group read events.
I honestly can't wait for this to be released this fall, so I can gift it to some special people in my life - young and old. It really is that great.
This is one of the most original and fun children's books I've read in some time. I loved every single page and every illustration in all its detail.
