I had a pretty good May achieving my sleep, exercise and meditation goals more consistently towards the end of the month.
I want to develop these habits more consistently so I‘m repeating them for June. I‘m also adding a reading goal. 🤓📚🧘🏻♀️🏊🏻♀️

I want to develop these habits more consistently so I‘m repeating them for June. I‘m also adding a reading goal. 🤓📚🧘🏻♀️🏊🏻♀️
January goals:
📚Read my #BookSpin & #DoubleSpin books
📚Read my #BookedByHoliday #TBRCrew book
👟Hit my step goal 20+ days
😴Get into a sleep schedule & aim for 6.5 - 7 hours of sleep each night.
After a month, my husband finally came home from the hospital last Thursday. Things have settled down, and I now feel emotionally able to set some goals for #BFC21. I‘m glad to be back to this again.
I have continued to do well with my reading, so setting 10 books as my goals for the month. I have been walking more days than not. We bought a fancy treadmill and have been setting up a “fitness” room. I‘m still not losing weight, but have been making an effort to eat low-carb. I have an appointment with my doctor this month, so maybe she can help. Anyway, that‘s my story. 😊
#bfcr3 #bookfitnesschallenge week two check in
I got all my steps in for sure. I was traveling this week and that usually means I get more exercise! I got 3/3 of my meditations in and I finished book 1 of 4! @wanderinglynn
Week 5 #bookfitnesschallenge #bfcr2
💃 This week I walked 47km and did Jazzercise 2 times. I took a trip this week, so it wasn‘t possible to meet my goal of 4 classes. Spent some time at the beach though and it was so fun and relaxing🏝
📚 I finished 3 books this week! The Perplexing Theft of the Jewel in the Crown and Aunty Lee‘s Chilled Revenge for #cozyinthesun and Internment for #booked2019
🎧 Thanks #booknerdherd for another great week!
Well if nothing else I got my book goal for #bfcr2
The last couple weeks I haven‘t been able to do my normal routine plus the heat last week and running the garage sale at my parent‘s (way to much human interaction for this introvert). Yesterday and today would not have been a problem to go walk but I just didn‘t want to. I‘ve lost my motivation and it sucks.
Started off really strong! But then rain and a heatwave got me down 🥵 I did finish an audiobook and a book though! Im going to aim for 65,000 steps this week, and hope to hit my 70,000 next week!

What a day. Didn‘t make my water goal but the majority of these steps occurred at work. I‘m beat and tomorrow I have to be there at 8 am. #bfcr2 @wanderinglynn #TeamFlow @julesG @Reecaspieces @imabusybee @laurenslibrary @LibrarianJen @britt_brooke @Moony
#BFCr2 Week 2 check in
Stuck with it all week! Even in 90 degrees still committed to walking. Not bad keeping hydrated either 🏃♀️🥛🌞 Also made it more than halfway through The Cactus audiobook 📚💕 thanks for the motivation @wanderinglynn and the #bookfitnesschallenge group 💕
Not a great week. But there is always next week. I did some which is much better than nothing at all. #bfcr2 @wanderinglynn

Weekly check in: I did really well this week. I got in way more steps than I had set out to do. I finished one book and I got my strength training in. This is a pic from the extra long walk we did today.

Week 1 of #bfcr2 is in the books for the most part. I skipped 1 day of yoga and 2 days of walking. Wednesday my body said take a break you need to rest and yesterday I just didn‘t feel like going for a walk. I need to find some new routes my usual are getting really boring and tedious.
I haven‘t done great on the sugar front. More attention to how much sugar and serving sizes is needed. But progress. I finished 2/10 books. #bfcr2 @wanderinglynn

Mid-week check in. I‘m about where I need to be for my steps. Mowing half the yard today helped. I have done one of my two strength training workouts and that seemed to go well. (My autoimmune disordered body decided she didn‘t like strength training a few months ago. So I‘m starting again slowly.) I‘m more than halfway through Endangered Species 1/6.
This is my #positive quote for the week 1 photo challenge.👇🏻
Goals for the challenge. I changed my original goal from 10,000 steps everyday so I can vary my fitness. OTF workout is a great workout but only about 2,000 steps. @wanderinglynn
