Having never read the books I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it jumps straight into the story . Not sure why but I was expecting long chapters 😄

An epic battle - good versus evil. All you have to do is walk through a wardrobe and you‘re in Narnia! Read all the books! Even my one stuffed animal horse is named Eustace 😊
Still have to see the third movie and there is talks of a fourth...
Reading this with my stepdaughter. I'm so glad she's loving the story & it's a joy hearing her reading out loud.

We have a ginormous grocery store in my city that has just a ridiculous amount of options for food. I was wandering though their "Around the World" section and spotted this in a bottom corner. ?

so-soA quick read , but glad to have finally read this one (was really about time). Overall, I think the story suffers because Lewis kept it short and simple. More complexity would have been awesome, but also put it out of reach for his target audience. Still, have to appreciate an academic with an imagination! Also, if you've never used Hoopla, highly recommend it for audiobooks. Quick download to your smartphone.
Got this as an audio book for my daughter on a road trip. Made her follow along with the actual text too. Not an audio fan but it's been surprisingly enjoyable in the car for everyone.
pickI expected it to be more childish than it was,but it wasn't childish at all. I actually quite enjoyed it! a short, and very quick read but just because it was short doesn't mean I loved it any less! If you haven't read this book yet you should! No matter what age you are!
