Yes to putting in place rules so that men could have equal opportunities to women if the script were flipped.
We fight for equal opportunity for women, why wouldn‘t we do it for men?
The question is honestly getting it wrong. We shouldn‘t be trying to establish equality. We should be trying to establish equity for men & women, that says to me that both genders will have what they need to perform on the job to the best of their abilities.
With some of the current hardships and challenging situations of grief and loss I‘ve been navigating through, I‘d say no to the opportunity to be famous.
When you‘ve lost people in your life too soon as many times as I have, you value people over higher status in society way more.
No no no and NO!
To part one and part two of this question.
So ableist that it‘s even in here.
In sickness and in health. Period. End of story.
You made a lifetime commitment to that person and they made a lifetime commitment to you.
You don‘t just get to choose to peace out when circumstances become such that they aren‘t your ideal scenario.
That‘s not true love.
Yes, I‘d do it.
It‘d be a test to the relationship for sure, but you only truly know someone when your relationship is tested. So while the explained changes & challenges would be trying, being tested in this way would draw the two of us closer if the relationship is meant to last.
In regards to the language, ASL if it can be considered an official language (I think it should be!) but if that‘s out, probably French because it‘s gorgeous.
Question 11: If this one implies that officers will adjust their behaviors in regards to racism and use of excessive force while out on calls, I say yes, I‘m all for it. However, if you are back at the station doing desk work of some sort, I do not need you to show me those tasks.
Q12: Yes to the 100K.
Because there‘s no restriction as to how I could use my money to make me healthier while holding on to the 40 lbs.
100 lbs is asking too much.
I‘m gonna go with no on this one.
Hinting that it‘s genetically engineered makes me not trust the health of the heart from the pig or the pigs health prior to the transplant.
Too many uncertainties involved to make me feel confident that the new heart from the pig would ensure that I actually lived longer.
Differences of opinion? Explain your thoughts!
Part one, I‘d make a plea for the people.
People‘s lives are more valuable than works of art, and people have the creative ability to create new works of art that will become important historical pieces that reflect their time and experiences.
Part two, same thing.
Those 1 million lives can create new music and literature that reflects the time they lived and the experiences they had.
There is no life that can‘t teach us something.
Nope.
No I would not.
It‘d take a lot of spite and hatred towards a person for me to turn around and hate on them like that.
For the first part of this one, I don‘t know that I‘ve done anything that would‘ve gotten me into legal trouble.....
For part two, this is why I don‘t want to do jury duty. I‘ve been called for it once, but I don‘t want someone else‘s fate on my shoulders.
I would feel sad in both scenarios that technology is replacing the creative process and the beauty that can come from the human brain and heart when they work in accordance with one another.
Outlawed.
I want to watch athletes accomplish their various feats by their own sheer will and strength, that‘s the beauty of any sport. You‘re watching what the human body is capable of when you put it to the highest test.
Definitely isolated town on the California coast!
One short excursion to LA in 2013 and I‘ve wanted to explore the rest of the state ever since!
Return it immediately!
One, talking dolls creep me the 🤬 out, so no talking dolls for my future kiddos.
For two, I will not have a doll that pushes consumerism on an easily persuaded child! What a headache for me as a parent!
I miss getting to connect and hear from you all directly on a regular basis.....so here we go again with daily questions.
For this one I‘d definitely say all motorized vehicles, as I‘ve only been a licensed driver for a small portion of my life. While I probably would not enjoy living without a car much, I know how to make it work. But I suppose there would be an added challenge because everyone else would have to do without them too. 🤷🏻♀️
