Thank you so much, @4thhouseontheleft for this lovely #AVeryAustenHolidaySwap package! So much goodness, I don't even know where to begin. I'm so impressed that you made the ornament! It's really cool, as are the sweets, socks, and lip balm (minty!). And I'm very stoked about the books. I'll most definitely be participating in the #buddyread 🙂 I really hope your package arrives soon.

One of the biographies @jenniferw88 mentioned in her excellent roundup of Jane-ish books for #PemberLittens is an #ebookdeal today. #kindledeal #kindle #nook #ebook

And the #JaneAustenSwap stalking begins! 🎉
Here are some of my books about Jane: nonfiction on the right and “fiction based on her work” on the left. I didn‘t bother including my copies of her novels. 😆
Thank you to @sprainedbrain and @mabell for this most awesome of swaps. 😘
3. My favorite Jane Austen relationship is Emma and Mr. Knightley. They are friends for many years and familiar with each other. They each had their quirks and appreciated those quirks in each other.
#JaneAustenGiveaway
1. Jane Austen, of course! 🤗
2. Back to the 90‘s!!! I miss boy bands.
3. I would want Jennifer Lawrence (she is gorgeous and funny!)but probably Bindy Erwin. I get told that I look kind of like her. I don‘t see it but whatever.
4. @robinb 💕

1. Jane Austen, and I would introduce her to fangirling, which I‘d be doing a lot of.
2. 1969, to see how good a hippie I would‘ve made.
3. Mila Kunis, but she‘d have to get some curls!
4. I tag @MallenNC and anyone else who wants to play!
#Money
A royalty cheque, made out to Miss Jane “Austin”, for the sum of Qb 18s 1d. It‘s signed by John Murray, her publisher (who was also the publisher of Lord Byron).

Happy birthday, Jane Austen! ❤️❤️❤️
TBR by end of month. Fingers crossed I can do it! About half way through the bottom two (both are excellent) and have not started either up top!
Took a walk at lunch. The snow melted and it‘s fall for a little longer! Started this and quite enjoyable so far!
Breakfast & #austeninaugustrbr #heavenonastick
#AusteninAugustRBR @RoofBeamReader some short stories & my lucky prize from last year's AinA (or was it the year before?)
On the anniversary of Jane Austen's death: these are from a trip I took a few years ago because I'm that crazy fan you've heard about. I visited her house in Chawton, Bath for part of the Jane Austen Festival and then the place where Jane died (Top pic. Close-up of the plaque on the bottom left) and where she's buried (bottom right). It was a totally nerdy, bookish trip but I LOVED it 🤓
I opened my #LitsySummerSolstice letter from @BrainyHeroine this evening and she got my two ebooks, The Real Jane Austen and The Weight of Lies, as well as a gift card to Amazon so I can pick a few other books. I can't wait to read these two books and use my gift card! I'm thinking about buying some really pretty editions of Jane Austen novels....Thank you, so much!! 😘

Highly recommended! Organizing the book around objects gives it a broader focus than most Austen biographies have, as it examines family members, locations, current events... I learned a lot; it's really worth reading!
Taking by a break from news and politics by delving into an interesting biography of Jane Austen and family through objects. 👍🏼
@Tanner Thank you so much for my wonderful gifts! I love the mug-it is beautiful and I will think of you litsy whenever I drink tea 😄Bookmarks are always in high demand and it is so pretty to boot! I am thrilled with the book about life in Jane Austen's time and can't wait to read it!❤️ Thanks again Tanya and thanks to @BookishMarginalia for making all this joy happen! #wintersolsticebookexchange #secretsantagoespostal
Here are some books about #womenwriters, shown with some of my collection of souvenir floating pens ... the writing implement of choice for the most serious of authors, I'm sure 😉 #SomethingforSept
