I suppose I never thought about it this way. This is the first non fictional work by Oscar Wilde that I am reading. I am surprised a little because I am more used to the very satirical plays by him.

Last night my sweet little Oscar wasn‘t doing the greatest, so I had to bring him into the vet this morning. They‘re keeping him for the day, and I‘m honestly devastated that he‘s not okay. Hopefully I‘ll be able to bring him back home tonight, and reunite him with his very worried big brother Totem.
Please wish us all the best, lord knows we need it. And maybe send me a cat pic or two to help lift my spirits. ♥️
Is it bad when you hate a book and a character so much that when she faces death, you hope she‘ll die even though you know she won‘t because the series continues? Sarah Booth does so much stupid stuff here that half the time I was rolling my eyes or saying, “That‘s the stupidest thing I‘ve ever heard.” The mc‘s attitude toward other women who aren‘t like her is insufferable.
RBDIGITAL let me listen to this today. I keep calling this book preposterous because in this one Sarah Booth‘s friend‘s husband has come down with an unknown illness so dire and unknown it requires the presence of the CDC. They can‘t solve it, but SB‘s friends have faith that she, with her undergraduate theater degree, can. 🙄 I keep listening to see how Haines is going to make this ludicrous premise work. #audiowalk
More of the preposterous adventures of Sarah Booth Delaney. I‘m rolling my eyes and saying out loud, “That‘s ridiculous.” #audiowalk
I decided to give her another chance; I hope I don‘t regret it. #audiowalk

Ok yes, this post is about a MOVIE, but seriously everyone should go see this! #WindRiver unfolds like literature on the big screen & brings attention to the injustices brought on Native Americans & their reservations. This film makes you think & cry & wonder. 5 stars & should be receiving lots of #Oscar love!! Also, there are NO RECORDED STATISTICS FOR MISSING NATIVE AMERICAN WOMEN! We must do something about this!!!
