I‘m loving this book! Finally got to do a bit of #audiocycling once Minerva let me use the bike! My #BFC21 goal for February is 20 minutes exercise/day so I‘m planning to do 10 minutes on the bike twice a day. I hope to eventually work my way up to 30 minutes/day and get to over 5000 steps daily. #babysteps
Never thought I‘d be able to say this, but I‘m re-reading The Hate U Give FOR WORK 🙌 This year it‘s a faculty #summerreading option (thanks to me suggesting it) — hopefully it‘ll be for students someday 🤞🙏

Ugh, I'm SO overwhelmed but I have guilt too because it's my procrastination that got me here. Crappy morning with the kids so I feel like a stellar human being... ? I'm going to console myself that I'm still kinder than Lib Wright! My "body bag" helps perk me up a bit too... LOL

I FINISHED A BOOK! I want to scream it from the rooftops!
For some reason during this pregnancy my ability to focus lasts for roughly 45 seconds.... but last night I FINISHED The Boy on The Bridge, which was amazing! I‘m sad it took so long to power through it! But guess what, y‘all? I picked up the circle and read almost 50 pages!! I. AM. HOOKED!
So now it‘s 1 book down 11 to go before this kid gets here! #babysteps

Going into this week, I‘d read Vol. 1 of Paper Girls & that‘s about it. My goal was to become a convert: get excited! Make it so I wanted to read more! Get hooked! Get over my bias!
It wasn‘t a total success - but not a failure, either; I read 400% more comics than I would have otherwise. I‘ll continue Saga but that‘s the extent of my plans. I‘d join another marathon & try again. #babysteps
