1. Chocolate peanut butter ice cream. If I‘m in a baking mood, homemade apple pie.
2. Riverdale, season 1 (don‘t judge, it was GOOD! 😂)
3. Anna Karenina. Back when I felt like I HAD to finish every book I started, I took a year to read it and I really didn‘t like it. This was the book that convinced me that it was okay to bail on a book.
4. Not sure, close to a year.

@BookBabe and I have lost 3 very close dear friends over the past few weeks 😢😔. Sorry for not posting a bunch of my usuals lately, like author potpourri and LNN. With our third friend passing this morning unexpectedly, we just had to get out for awhile and get some fresh air tonight. Nothing hits the spot like some great ice cream. Haven't had one of these DQ sundaes in a very long time. *big group hug* We're so glad to have you as our friends.
There's no one home but me. This never happens on weeknights. So I grabbed some chocolate ice cream (with granola, so it's healthy!) and my book. A little slice of heaven!
#BookNDessert!!! Yes, quite possibly the best part of the day: the dessert. Feast thine eyes upon this delectable finery! An Oreo Explosion sundae! MMMMMmmm ?! The song that played immediately upon receiving this dairy delight was Daniel Boone's "Beautiful Sunday". My, it was beautiful indeed. Which was followed by Huey Lewis' "The Power of Love". How appropriate for my and @BookBabe 's dessert time ?! Happy reads & happy eats! ???
Oh my god I love his gingerbread. I make it with beer instead of water. So amazing.
