1. Yes! My grandma was a voracious reader and gave me much treasured books- my brothers got me hooked on Star Wars 20+ years ago and in exchange read and loved Les Mis, my life long best friends (Aunties to my kids) are readers- My husband and I fell in love over To Kill A Mockingbird and named our son Owen Atticus, my dad had me read The Winds of War in 4th grade and my mom reads a book a day. 👇👇👇

1. My plans for Thanksgiving definitely include reading. Found out last night that my sister has Covid, so far it‘s mild. I‘m worried about my parents though because she lives with them. Fortunately, I haven‘t spent time with any of them for about 2 weeks, but this means I will be doing Thanksgiving alone. Hoping my parents stay healthy.
2. I rarely decorate for Christmas.

1. I‘m Canadian, so Thanksgiving has already passed for me. I did read a bunch then, though, and of course I‘ll read a bunch more this Thursday.

(Also, I totally thought US Thanksgiving was LAST Thursday. Oops.)

2. December 1st this year. I used to decorate right after my family left for their traditional late November/early December trip, but that ain‘t happening in these here quarantimes.

1. No preference...probably depends on the book/genre

An apt tagged title for today as the Governor issued Oahu a new stay-at-home order for 2 weeks starting 12AM Thurs due to the number of COVID-19 cases we have been having. Not to be a baby but I had a DESPERATELY NEEDED haircut/highlights appointment Thurs afternoon!😢

2️⃣ Too many to count!📚

1. Daily, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day.
2. 10-12 books. Once my #bookbuyingdiet is done, I plan on going on a buying binge from the books I've stacked.

2. There are two movie that were very disturbing to me and there were Splice and Night Of Demons and I watch the Night Of Demons when I was like ten or eleven years old which was a very big mistake that movie scared the crap outta me.

I was chuffed to find these two Nix books. Especially Tuesday, since I already have Monday.
Tolstoy I was surprised to find in a basin with Jackie Collins and Nicholas Sparks et al. But it's from the Penguin Great Loves series, so... 😂
