July was my best reading month so far this year. Got carried away and used up my free spaces so book 2 and 3 of the Bill Hodges series became side quests 😂 Also made #BookSpinBingo 2 ways. Onto August!

I got a lot of reading done in July - finishing 18 and carrying over 2, maybe 3. I may bail on Bad Monkey. Dead of Winter remains the favorite, barely edging out Fallen. Iron Gold was a reread and almost as brutal as the first time. The Beatrice Hyde-Clare series binge was mostly fun, but I‘m not sure I‘ll finish it this month. I put my #JulyTBR together based on NetGalley July releases and #camplitsy2023. As I look at this, I realize that I am not looking forward to most of it. There‘s a really good chance that I say eff it to at least half. 😬

A pretty decent reading month. I wasn‘t exactly reading really difficult books, but still it was nice to get back into the swing of things with more than a book or two read. #julyreading #bookly
This was a good weekend for finishing things and bumping up my total items read stats. I read 20 books, novellas, and comics and really enjoyed the vast majority of things I read. My work book club pick was excruciatingly disappointing but more than half of what I read were 4-5 star reads. I‘m happy with that.
Late posting but joining in for #JubilantJuly ☀️ Instead of posting a TBR I‘m going to try to read 10 books. I know that seems like a lot but I have a handful of #ChristmasInJuly picture books and middle grade too that I‘m working through.
I‘m late posting but I‘ve been utterly unmotivated. My #Bookspin is The Spanish Love Deception and my #DounleBookspin is a Library Book which I happened to finish today. So I got a little kickstart. I hope to make a big dent this month as my library hold keep rolling in fast and furious but only time will tell.

I have time consuming personal projects that will eat into my reading time, so we‘ll see how I do with this #julytbr. I had a June TBR of 15 books. I read 4, bailed on 4, and didn‘t touch the others. This month‘s list has 17 books-work book club, current audiobook, 5 NetGalley ARCs with July and August publication dates, 8 McIlvanney prize longlist/backlist books from the library, 1 random library book, and an audiobook for #readingafrica2022.

Last month didn't posts my goals because I hurt my elbow (tennis elbow) in May. And then I hurt leg. It's still hurting sometimes but I can go walking again. Will started slowly this month. I added swimming on the list because doctor recommend me for the leg.
It is heat wave in Slovenia so will try to drink more water, eat healthy, and read outside before 11am and after 5pm.

so-soMia has to deal with past events as she films a music video. A previous client pays her a visit and new friends help her get back on track. I enjoy the storyline and the message this book try‘s to show of empowering Mia to be strong. I also like that it builds layers from the previous books. This was my #DoubleBookSpin book for the month of April. @TheAromaofBooks

My audiobook graph is so pretty. That one huge piece is an actual CD and since I‘m not in my car as much these days they take forever to listen to.
I love when my graphs are full of color. This is the number of pages I read a day. July was such a good reading month.

I really like how my July spread turned out!
July has been my best reading month so far this year. I finished 10 books, and reached my Goodreads goal early! Going to up it to 50 for now. I don‘t think I‘ll be quite as productive during the last half of the year.
7 were 4 star reads, with a few misfires. No clear favorite this month. The Song of Achilles took me a long time to read. I really appreciated it, but much preferred Circe.
July 2018. Checked off a few challenge pieces and hit book 100 for the year. Not too shabby overall. Favorites were Valiant Dust, The Storm Before the Storm, and Mem.
Decent month. 👌🏻👌🏻 Only one 5-star read, and 3 “pans,” but several 3-4 stars.
