BarkingMadRead Two books at once in September if we do that. I‘m fine either way! Newbies! It‘s important to know that my hashtags are often ridiculous and always spoilers, so don‘t read my post each day until you‘ve read the chapters. We start on August 1, I will post again the day before with how many chapters a day, although it will likely be two a day so that we finish on time. (edited) 1y

This was my 2nd return to this book. I can never get enough of my love for the vintage movie classics as well as VANITY FAIR. I read every article again and enjoyed reliving Hollywood's halcyon days.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really enjoyed this, based on Tina Brown‘s diaries from her time as the Editor in Chief of the resuscitated Vanity Fair in the 80s. She was (is) a career badass who also seems like someone who would be a delight to work or socialize with.

DivineDiana I had the pleasure of seeing her live at an author talk a few years ago. She was fascinating! 2y

coffees why maine? as for christmas plans, nothing. just cook food, eat it, and then spend time with the family. high chance of playing loteria (mexican bingo). possibly opening presents and then going to bed xD it's just like every year 5y
