Happy #nationalpetday !!! These are my fur babies, Nessie & Bigfoot 😍 We fostered them for a couple of months when they were just tiny, sick babies before making them a permanent addition to our family. They've been with us for a little more than a year now and I just couldn't imagine our home without these crazy, little sister and brother kitties!

Well the news wasn‘t good today. There‘s nothing more to do done for Dizzy. She could have days or weeks left. She‘s not in pain so we didn‘t have to say good bye to her today. I am just hoping she makes it past Christmas and the New Year. Thank you so much for all the sweet thoughts yesterday. They helped.

@erinreads , here is a sweet photo I took of my kitty Merlin! ? He is happy to have a Christmas tree to nap under and lurk in ?? My favorite thing about him right now is how much he loves our 1.5 yr old... as a baby Merlin only tolerated him, but now he'll let our son pet him, ("gently" ?) crawl on him and generally pester him. He could totally move away but hardly ever does. ?

Burt was found in a dumpster the day I got my first apartment and we found Nopo a few days later abandoned in our building (she was so tiny she fit in the palm of my hand!).

@erinreads This is my old kitty Fluffles the Destroyer (RIP). Shortly after he got a lion cut, we had a series of unseasonably cold days that reduced him to shivers. I got him this hat and sweater combo to keep him warm.
