I finally finished judging the two published entries for the HTH RTTA contest.

Now I can get back to my #ReadYourKindle challenge!! June‘s pick is tagged. Lovin the story already - pirate 🏴‍☠️ romance 🥰!!!

Littens are the bestest bookish friends ever! @Leniverse helped me out so I could preorder this Keira Knightley signed children‘s book from Waterstones UK!

There will also be an audiobook narrated by Keira herself!

Finished my audiobook today! Such a feel-good, therapeutic story! I really enjoyed this RomCom with a lot of the Com, and not a lot of focus on the heavy backstory stuff. Highly recommend the audiobook!

The #TallShips are once again sailing the #GreatLakes this summer! A port host city this year was Detroit, MI #MittenLitten, not too far from home. There were four ships, but only three could be boarded while docked for tours. I‘m wearing a Her Universe POTC dress with pockets!

Downloaded the next #audiobook in the series via #hoopla!!! Can‘t wait to listen to the evil genius and see what plans are thwarted!

Started this #audiobook for #BookClub! Listening old school with a “book on CD” 💿!!!

This chapter takes place on July 30th!

I listened to it on the 29th (2025) and posted about it on the 31st 😆

Slowly making my way through this one by reading one chapter before bed each night.

I‘m not sure if it‘s my slow read of the story, but it feels like I‘m missing something as the reader, some important information or back story which would make the whole story click into place. Right now I feel like I understand what‘s going on, but then the author never takes me to that place where I feel satisfied.

I‘ll keep reading to find out.

Such a great “ghostly” book! I totally was feeling the love between Cece and her otherworldly Patrick! I also thought her love was going to make him “whole” again. It did in a way, but I guessed in the wrong time period.

My SIGNED book arrived!!!

I‘m so glad there‘s a pronunciation guide and a map!

Because I preordered it, I got a vellum print, a bookmark 🔖, and two stickers!

Started the book and am intrigued. 🏴‍☠️

My physical collection is complete for the series! Thanks to the latest Kickstarter for Kevin J. Anderson I was able to get the third CD 💿 to accompany the book. They‘re songs inspired by the text.

Also for the kickstarter I supported at a level that got the digital tracks for all three CDs, the ebooks (over 60 hours combined!), and the ebooks for all three books!

I cannot wait for this book to be released soon!

My 20th Anniversary Pride and Prejudice phonograph came in! It‘s neat to listen to the score in this new way; same great quality!

Wowzers what an ending! I had a feeling not all was going to end well.

A gripping tale of England and France before and during the French Revolution and Madam Guillotine.

In typical Dickens fashion, once we got our set cast of characters, they were all related in some way or another. Some of the connections had to wait to be revealed till near the end.

Current #audiobook Thank you #hoopla for having a copy for me to listen!

Loving the witty and sarcastic banter of Eve and Tristan. This book has the same tone as the first; I‘m impressed.

Next month August 2025 book three comes out! I‘ll be ready.

I didn‘t get to June‘s pick, but I‘ll be reading it…

From my BookFunnel account I went with “Christmas in July!”

Goal is to read one from the “numbers” selected.

I believe all the other #PemberLittens must have snagged this amazing Jane Austen book scene, because it doesn‘t show up even if the cart has over $150! I‘ll be sure to check my local Bricks & MiniFigs store to get a set! #LEGO

I signed up for an account with https://www.audiobooks.com/ because a Hearts Through History author had some #audiobook holds for her first book. I figured I could fit listening to it in my reading schedule. Downside another account, password, and app. Plus side seems like they have a lot of content, even for free!

I spotted two of my favorite narrators listed: Simon Vance and Katherine Kellgren!!! 🩷

An engaging tale! The romance is well woven throughout the story. I love the funny and sometimes literal phrases used that are supposed to be said in jest. It‘s quite the writing style and I‘ll see if the author can continue it in the next book.

There are certainly some loose ends that have gotten me to take the bait and continue the series.
