Went to my local Aldi today and was super excited that they had many of there advent calendars still in stock! I just had to get the cheese one and am tempted to go back to get the coffee one!

Who else love advent calendar?
This year I made #AdventCalendar for my daughter. Used these middle size brown envelopes and decorated them with Christmas stitches. I put inside some candies, figure toys, coloring pages, activities... She can't wait for every day to open them.

Opened the REMartKABLE WOMEN #adventcalendar my mom gave me & found a quote by Fanny Mendelsohn Bartholdys dad: „Music may become his profession, but for you it must remain an ornament, never the bassline of your being and doing. Thus adhere, and remain feminine, because only through femininity woman is embelished.“ referring to her famous composer brother Felix. 🙈 Though her talent equaled his she was never allowed to publish or perform! #sexism

Here is the complete Christmas Is Coming jigsaw calendar by Gibsons. 12 puzzles, one every two days. Each individual puzzle has 80 pieces. And I love that it tells a progressive story. (My Instagram, wanderinglynn, has more photos if you want to see more.)

It was super fun and I‘ll definitely get another one next year.

So because im a huge child, i ordered the Book-Club-Mas Advent Calendar from Once Upon A Bookclub. For each of the 12 days you read a story and open a gift! As luck would have it my box was missing Day 3. Its in the mail but the stories start tomorrow! Im overly excited for this! ☺️ Should i post the gift each day? I dont want to spoil it if anybody else got this too!!

Being away for the start of advent means I not get to catch up with this! Can't wait to crack my first short story.

It was so nice to come home from a loooong day at work and finally break into my short story advent calendar! This is a promising start from Kevin Wilson. Best line: "It was the apartment of someone who was retarded but allowed to live on his own." ? I hadn't planned to read The Family Fang, but I may rethink that now.
