Let‘s see how long it takes me to finish this one!
Happy Tuesday! Here are the #Two4Tuesday questions for today. As always, thanks to all that played last week!
My answers:
📚 Yes! I have read some great books by indie authors.
📚 Amanda Hocking, who self published her trilogy but later St. Martin's picked her up once she achieved amazing sales numbers.

Nice book, it‘s interesting from the beginning til the end. I‘m looking forward to read the next!
So I have a FLL across the stress from my apartment building. It keeps becoming empty pretty quick. I found this little beauty today after coming home from shopping. Has anyone read it yet? Any good?? Would love to know ur opinions!!
I mean... it was fun. Mostly because I didn't take it too seriously. But eh. Another YA book where the heroine is 90% passive (until the very end--I did like the ending), has to be saved by men (most of whom are madly in love with her) all the time, and doesn't understand what's going on around her because the people who know won't bother to explain it to her.
#bookspin for October @TheAromaOfBooks
I am still finding this book mildly enjoyable, but the writing… 🤣🤣🤣 (Finn is not, in fact, a robot.)
Started this today for #bookspin. The plot is pretty cliche and the writing is, um… But it‘s kind of fun so I‘ll give it a few more chapters at least.
My favorite color is red! What‘s yours?
This one is right on the line between so-so and a pick for me. It was pretty good. The romance between Wendy and Finn was fun. I really like Rhys the “brother”.
But the writing did seem a bit amateurish. And I‘m not sure if the storyline is compelling enough or characters are endearing enough for me to want to read the next in the series.

It was ok. Some parts I liked, others were meh. I don‘t really have any interest in finishing this series.
1. At home getting ready for work
2. The tagged book
3. Depends on what I‘m in the mood for and when library books are due
#tuesdaytidbits
#julyinbooks18 #bookwithonewordtitle need to finish soon since it‘s due in 2 days. Also I would tag bookisglee but litsy isn‘t letting me tag people
Yay! My husband just picked up my #libraryhaul Not that I‘m not already reading enough books at one time...
Just starting this now. Not sure if I‘ll like it or not. Guess I‘ll have to continue on reading.
Thank you for the recommendation @Mshookquilts ! I really enjoyed this story! Very original, lots of fun. Already requested the second in the series.
Fast, fun, light weight read for those of you who like fantasy. Wait....I enjoyed it even though I don‘t read sci fi/fantasy.
Started a new book this morning and already can‘t put it down, even though it is definitely not my genre. This one‘s for you @TiaQueso and @FeatherV
It was meh at best. I kept waiting for it to be exciting...spoiler alert...it wasn‘t. #youngadult #fantasy #switched #amandahocking
I was mostly disappointed with this book. I felt extremely disconnected from the characters, so I didn‘t really care what happened to them. I didn‘t feel the romance aspect of the book because I just didn‘t see the spark between them. I did enjoy the ending, because that is where things started to pick up a little...
Started this book today! I'm a little more than a third of the way done! I am enjoying it so far #switched #amandahocking #trylle #trylletrilogy #currentread
"Did you think you could treat me like shit at a dance, then sneak into my room in the middle of the night and tell me that I'm a troll with magical powers, and I'd just be like, yeah, that sounds right"
Everything you ever thought it knew about trolls is shaken up and tossed aside in this wonderful story. A little cliched and predictable at times this is still a good start to the trilogy.
I know nothing about these books besides the fact that they're about trolls and the author was recognized from writing on her online blog. BUT who can pass up a series that is literally only a $1 a book?? Thank you peddlers mall. 👌🏼 I'll just add these to my collection.
