pickLots of hype around this due to current Netflix series. All reviews gasping at the twists! For anyone who has read Coben before it‘s the usual amount of twists and turns- imagine the most ridiculous twist as always!!
Good entertaining read.

Brilliant adaptation of a great mystery book on Netflix! If your eyes are tired of reading all those Christmas gift books give it a go. Most have binged it in one day! 🙋♀️

pickRead most of this yesterday and just finished tonight. Another wild ride from one of my all-time favorite authors—#HarlanCoben. His mysteries are just so damn good and interesting and intense!
The main character Maya married into the wrong family. Strange twists and turns. I never saw the ending coming. The book kept me guessing the entire time.
1. Fool me once. I couldn‘t put it down. 2. Puffy 3. Sunset. I‘m not up early enough for a sunrise. 4. Books, vacation for my family or give to my church. 5. 3rd grade. Loved my teacher and we had a pool party at her house at the end of the school year.
With his mystery books Harlan Coben has shown he is the master of Suspense and having layers of twists. Just when you say #WontBeFooledAgain he does just that!

When you get an email that your tax return will post on the 27th and then you get an email that B&N is having a #BookHaul sale on the 27th and 27 just HAPPENS to be your favourite number... you have to bow to the universe and just go to that sale with your BFF. 4 of these were 50% off, 2 were two for nine dollars, and the other three I just had to get. And when you buy at least 3 from the sale you get a free tote. I have to say it was a great day!
pickI love when I have a Coben book to read and this one did not disappoint. The plot kept me glued until the last pages. I had to find out who killed Maya's husband. Coben's excellent writing forces you to hate these characters and there are some nasty ones. The twists and turns keep coming. In the end, you finally realize that all the clues were there and you just failed to put them together. Can't wait for the next Coben book to be released.
pickThe master of suspense, & the unexpected twist does it again. Harlan Coben simply writes the books I always want to read. They flow so well and leave you puzzling as you try to work out what is going on. As usual there are some twists you can work out and others you can‘t. Just one complaint with Harlan, I want more Myron Bolitar books - they are one of my all time favourite series. Bravo, though, once again Mr Coben! Not tried him 😱, just do!

pickThis book was all I wanted to read when I started it. I binge-read this. It‘s not my kind of book, but, damn, it did the job! It was intriguing, puzzling and, most of all, it had a spectacular ending—one very shocking, heartbreaking and very fitting at the same time! I loved it.

What an ending! I was angry and then crying all in a matter of minutes.
I only made it halfway to the 24 hour goal, but ai am ok with it. Finished 2 book, almost done with book 3, that is good enough for me. #24b4monday

so-soThis was good, but maybe not as much as many of his other books. There were plenty of twists, and I definitely didn‘t see the end coming! I really disliked Maya, though, and I was still left a little bit confused about one thing at the end. As a side note, I listened to the audio, and the narrator did a nice job.

pickI wolfed this down! It was great! It kept me guessing until the end, so either Coben is a great writer or I was having a daft day. I really liked Maya, the lead, she was flawed but strong and sensible. I'll definitely read more by this author.
Starting on this for a book group that my friend has invited me too (although it's happening on my husband's birthday weekend, so may not even be able to go!) but it looks intriguing and I've never read a Harlan Coben before, so it ticks a new author box too!
pickThis was forced on me by my neighbor when she found out I loved to read. Despite my snobby prejudice against books you can buy at the grocery store I actually enjoyed it! Good for a beach read or a quick escape.
