I see what he was going for with the excerpts from news reports and hearings, but I don't think it was very effective, since it didn't really add much to the story and the subplot of trying to bury the story didn't really lead anywhere. I also didn't love the choppy editing to insert these asides. The story was solid, though, and the buildup was very tense. #losersclub @BarkingMadRead
so-so3✨ Going in with a few spoilers I expected bullying, and telekinesis. I did not expect it to hit my feels as much as it did. Typically every girl gets her period around the age of 12. I know for me it was a difficult transition, but for Carrie it was so much worse! This plays on real feels of mine as a kid, and the worst bullies on the face of the planet. It has me thinking who was the real “monster”. #LosersClub
