Great read. I didn't want to put it down. I loved that it switched between both main characters.
🌟🌟🌟🌟 Sweet and funny. Loved Ben, Arthur and their friends. Rooting for a reunion of the characters and the authors.
I‘m pretty happy with this much reading time for this busy weekend. #mrbook1inamillion #litsypartyofone #24b4monday.
This is a sweet queer first love YA book. The characters are fun high school seniors. I loved the parts about singing karaoke and musicals. If you‘re looking for a light read in the YA romance genre, this is a good choice.
Thanks to all the hosts for a fun event!
Spent my morning listening to this on #hoopla while working on my blog and I love it so much so far! I laughed out loud hard at the made up Hudson Panini name. I want happiness for both Arthur and Ben, but Arthur with his musicals and determination to make his office mates into friends speaks to my soul. #audiobooks

How did I choose this book: The summary of the book intrigued me
Summary: A story between two teenage boys Ben and Arthur who meet at a New York City post office before they get separated by a flash mob. Arthur, who is an intern at his mother's law firm in New York City, and Ben, who is healing from a recent breakup.
I finally finished this audiobook today. I really hoped this would be a great read. But oh. my. god Arthur is soooo annoying. He‘s melodramatic, immature, self-centered, and whiny. There were so many “problems” in their relationship that weren‘t actually problems at all. I get that YA novels can be immature, but this was a little too petty. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I'm bailing. There's nothing wrong with the writing, in fact I've loved other books written by these two, but this isn't doing it for me. YA is really hit or miss for me and I'm encountering more misses the older I get. 🤷♀️ #itsnotyouitsme #probably
"I believe in love at first sight. Fate, the universe, all of it. [...] I just think you're meant to meet some people. I think the universe nudges them into your path." ~ Arthur ?
I am so glad I finally picked this one up last month! The last third fell a bit flat for me, but overall I really enjoyed this book. I love the writing and the characters, and the story is so adorable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ok, it's time for a confession... Like Ben, I have never listened to Hamilton. 🙈 I know, shame on me.
Reading this book really makes me want to, though! Arthur's enthusiasm and Ben's reaction finally convinced me that I've been missing out. 😁

The vertigo has been bad this week so it‘s been audiobooks and meditation for me. Definitely making sure I‘m taking care of me. Sherlock has been taking care of me, too. 🐶 I‘m currently listening to the tagged book and I‘m enjoying it. #BFC
THIS WAS AN A AMAZING BOOK! It really pushed past all the stereo typical views on gay people, as a bisexual myself, I was so satisfied with this book. It‘s definitely a fluffy sappy book so if you don‘t like that then don‘t read it. It‘s very slow in the beginning but it gets faster as you read more!
#pop19: Book with a question in the title
This ended up being a so-so, leaning toward pick. Lots of funny, quirky lines from Arthur. Ben's character left a lot to be desired, I thought. Kind of a weird chemistry between these two and the whole Jessie/Ethan thing wasn't really necessary.
Being single AF of course I had to build a book boyfriend .... and being me of course I wouldn‘t be his type. I do believe we would have a fantastic friendship though.
So much this! One of my biggest pet peeves. People always call me Sam without asking. My name is SAMANTHA! I love when people actually ask me what I prefer.
My carpets need to cleaned, sink is full of dishes, kids have no ckean clothes, celing fans should be dusted...but the sun is out and I have a new book
Arthur and Ben meet at the post office. Then they lose each other. Then they find each other. And maybe it was meant to be.
I truly wanted to like this book. Sadly, the “search” part of the story felt unnecessary, and the romance itself was WAY too awkward and complicated. I could not root for the characters, because I did not feel they should be together. The friendships are much more satisfying and might make the book worth reading.
Such a cute story. SO FLIPPIN ADORABLE.
I‘ve been off YA for a long time because a lot of it feels juvenile and meaningless but the relationships and flawed yet real characters in this definitely mark it as something not only unique, but something worth reading.
The conflicts in this are so important and I do think the ending was a fitting one. Perhaps an unconventional happy ending in the realm of romantic YA, but certainly still a happy one.
QUIZ: Build your perfect book boyfriend and we'll reveal who they are! 💕
Who'd you get as your book boyfriend?
This book is on my TBR, might have to move it up!
