I would have probably liked this book more if I was in my teens. As I'm not I will rate it 3 stars on Goodreads and I won't continue the series.

Here is the book(s) for 2021 for #PLC. The first book for each month will be our main book. If you can't get to that book for some reason, you can try the other one. You are more than welcome to read them both. Just wanted to make sure everyone is happy and reading something. Hopefully you like the choices.

I really really couldn‘t get into this one. The main character really annoyed me and I just couldn‘t get past it.
Trying this out for #CurrentlyWatchingParanormal

It was ok. Very Buffy-ish. Only Buffy has more snark. It‘s weird I like middle grade but ya is hit and miss for me. This mostly hit. Ok my #lmpbc peoples, #groupo. My email is rochelleus@yahoo.com. I need an address to send this to the next person:)
How do I become part of #LitsyLove? I want pen pals:) just curious?
heard so so reviews about this one but it sounded kind of cool so thought i‘d give it a shot. i need something light after this current book i‘m reading✨
My first Kiersten White and her debut! Fairies, Werewolves, shapeshifters, water spirits, mermaids, vamps, hags. Evie is a well rounded protagonist. Not really sure what she is yet, but she can see through glamours. Pretty cool. 3.5⭐️ I may continue with series. #Virginia
Sometimes I need to slow down and wait the 22 minutes for stovetop percolated coffee. It‘s just an amazing cup of coffee. Plus it sends delish scentwaves throughout the home. Brewed with love and cinnamon and a little Paranormalcy😀 this book was a bit warm after this experience, but unharmed.
Just a heads up, folks!! Book Outlet having a $5 off sale. You know I caved bc I also had a $10 certificate they gave me for helping them out with a book issue. #bookoutlet rocks!
Super excited about this new fantasy read! #halfpricebook #youngadult #teenfantasy #paranormalcy #kierstenwhite
Sat in to hear this author at the NYC book festival so I thought I would give it a try. Started off well with Evie hunting down paranormal people such as vampires, werewolves, hags/mermaids. The entire story kind of stalled, I think we needed to get to an ending and the whole vibe of the story changed into a love story almost taken away by fairies. 😜. Even the book cover is not quite right 🤔shouldn‘t werewolves be spelled wherewolves???
Amazing YA paranormal romance books! Its funny, but keeps you on the edge of your seat the entire time. Such an amazing page turner.
The insomnia is real tonight. I'm DNFing this one at 30%. This is way too angsty for me. It's too bad, because it started out very Buffy-like. I'm not convinced that I'm going to be able to get through all these YA titles. #TBRcleanup
I love the world White has created and the characters we're introduced to. This book does not harp on paranormal stereotypes. White disillusions some creatures and I think it's brilliant. There's a lot of gray areas in this book-who is good and who's bad? Is the main goal to protect humanity or the paranormal? But I'm also stuck on the immaturity of Evie. If I have to hear her call her taser Tasey one more time, I might go insane.
I just found this in my library book and I will certainly keep passing it along through books. Words can't describe how much I needed to read it today ❤
This book was a hot mess of stereotypical teenage girl who cares more about prom then about actually trying to find the paranormal thing trying to kill everyone. Characters were unbelievable and ultimately this book was a huge disappointment.
This book was just the pallet cleanser I was looking for! Light, easy, and fun! With enough going on to keep me interested and guessing, but not crying my eyes out. This is most definitely YA, but that's what I enjoyed about it, there was a sweetness to it, even with all the vampires, werewolves, and potentially evil fairies. Looking forward to reading the rest of the trilogy! #riotgrams #youngadult #fantasy #palletcleanser
"if I had to carry separate weapons around for every paranormal I took out, I'd be dragging around a full luggage set. Tasers are a one-size-fits-all paranormal butt-kicking option. Mine's pink with rhinestones. Tasey and I have had a lot of good times together." ? Literally pg. 2 and I'm already laughing! This is exactly what I was in the mood for! #riotgrams #paranormal #funstuff
I closed my eyes. I used to think I was protecting the world, too. But it wasn't that simple. Nothing was. Who were we to decide that anyone or anything didn't deserve the spark of life they had been given?
When you read a book, you don't give up on it. You might soon feel like your part of the story.
Eyes like streams of melting snow, cold with the things she does not know. Heaven above and Hell beneath, liquid flames to hide her grief.
