My self-imposed goal for #Easterextravaganza was to finish all the books I was reading at the time the readathon started. And I finished my goal! They were all picks but Shadow Land and K-129 were the best. @Andrew65 - Loved this idea for a readathon. No stress with a goal we set ourselves. Thanks for the great idea!

Andrew65 @EadieB That‘s how I prefer my classics. Loved the Tim Rice (and others) version of Dracula, and Frankenstein was also good in this format. I enjoyed Ethan Frome by Edith Wharton, but not so much Summer. Still need to write reviews for these. 5y

EadieB @Andrew65 I liked Ethan Frome too. I had a copy of that Summer Before War book but got rid of it. Knew there were way too many books that I would read before that one. Looks like it was a good decision. The library had a copy so if I ever wanted to read it, I could. (edited) 5y

I‘m setting up a Readathon to help see us through Easter and the worldwide lockdowns! #EasterExtravaganza

This will run from Easter Sunday, until the following Sunday. Set your own goals to work towards on the Readathon whether it‘s the time you will be reading, the number of books you want to read, the number of pages you want to read or a mixture of these or other ideas.

Just set your own target, it could be to read a set number of books, it could be to read every day, read books of a particular author, read books off your TBR. The world‘s your oyster. Crazeedi @EadieB really? On Mhztv episode 1 is the snack thief. The one you said is episode 34, and I think it's something extra done on the tv, it's not a book, at least not one translated to english yet. Theres like 6 or so that havent been translated. Are you watching them in order? 5y
