Who‘s reading?
pickWow. This book captivated me from the beginning and kept me racing to the end. I usually don't read chunky books anymore because there will be a lag where I lose interest. This didn't happen here at all. The characters are so well-developed you'll swear you know them in real life. The shortish chapters keep the pacing going forward. There are twists, even at the end. Don't take my word for it read it for yourself! Can't wait for the next one!
About halfway through. It's really has me thinking of Dune's “Fear is the mind-killer“ passage.
