Ive never read any books by Sarah J. Maas (i prefer to do the opposite of what‘s@the fad) but I really dont want to wait anymore. Which series should I start with? Does it matter? Should I read it in tandem? Let me know your thoughts! I love fantasy and smut/dark romance

pickBook 4 of 2024 If you‘re into RH and fantasy this book is right up your alley. I was in need of a short, to the point quick read and this was exactly the answer. The story is interesting and definitely stands apart from the usual repetitive wolves and vampire reads floating about. My favorite thing and what drew me to stay reading was the characters. pickBook 3 of 2024 I went into this book blindly and so glad I did. If your a lover of YA (although the characters are 23 yrs old) and fantasy this book is definitely for you. Added bonus is that it's about kings and queens (my faves). If your fans of the Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard this book will fancy all of your likes. It's an enemies to lovers, duty vs. your heart (continue in the comments)

pick2nd book of 2024. I struggled to get into this book. I would be captured in some parts and felt dragged thru others and like i was losing interest. It is not a stand-alone book, it does end in a questionable matter that makes you have to read book 2. The characters are fairly well developed and so is the world where it takes place. Perfect for a black history themed book. Oh and i never saw the twist coming!

pick1st book of 2024 Definitely was not expecting it to end in a cliffhanger. Book 9 cannot come any faster. These books i would not recommend reading as stand-alones. There is action, plot and spice. The characters are well developed and the world they live in is as well. You actually can forget your real life and let your imagination create the books world in your mind.

For 2 1/2 months one of my cats passed and 2 had to be put down. I then lost a kitten. Being at worked helped distract my mind but coming home broke me everyday. This community saved me.
