Oh how I wanted to love this book 😫! While it did have some creepy parts, they seemed to only last for a few lines before going right back into the endless pages of “I can‘t tell anyone what I‘m experiencing” or, once they do “what do we do?”. I kept waiting for some sort of big showdown full of terror but never really got that. And the ending was weird. I‘m much more excited about my new candle from my bestie who lives in NC 😍. 🌟🌟🌟

I can‘t wait until October 1st to start my scary reading so here…we…go!!! 👻 🧟‍♀️ 😱☠️

Ohhhh boy this was scary to me, but I scare easily. I love those scary books that heighten your sense of uneasiness unknowingly until your like WHAAAAAT. The novel had a perfect mixture of story and horror. My toes were twitching by chapter 8. #BookSpinBingo @TheAromaofBooks #Horror

Very easily forgettable it seems, I had to look up what this was all about and I finished it like a week ago. Not bad as entertainment though!

So everyone is putting up pics and talking about this book on the Bentley Little Instagram. I was impressed with this one. This book read just like watching a horror movie. Had a very "stranger Things/poltergeist" feel to it. I would definitely recommend it, one of his best!

Started this a few days ago. Maybe it's just me, and I am probably just old school in this, but I am having a hard time picturing a haunted house in New Mexico 🤔. Otherwise, I am loving it!

I forgot how much I enjoyed Bentley Little. This gem starts out as a typical ghost story and then all hell breaks loose.

While I enjoyed certain aspects of this book, and it was quite disturbing in some places, overall I felt it was a bit disjointed and not as scary as it could have been. Still, I‘m glad I got to read my first Bentley Little book and I look forward to reading more!

P.S. I do not have a zebra-striped kitty; Scarlett is in her favorite morning spot in front of the window. 😁

I found this audiobook at the library today. I made it through 1 1/2 discs while running errands. It‘s interesting!!

🌟🌟🌟🌟 4/5 I enjoyed this book. It is definitely creepy and the perfect “i need a scare read”. I did not lose sleep over it or became scared. The only 2 complaints i have is that they took too long to explain what/who “Miles” was/is and i did not like the ending too much but im not sure how i was expecting it to end.

Sooo i was super excited for daylight savings this weekend and get my extra hour back para nada!!! I was up with the roosters! 😕 positive side: ive been catching up on my Criminal Minds and reading. #litsypartyofone
