I'm certain this is #bookrelated, they make me look more bookish. They will not add to my reading experience, since I don't need bifocals yet. 😜

New glasses! Wanted to show the cool detailing. I can already see much clearer and they're so much lighter than my old glasses. I've also had my referal through for the eye clinic, February 8th! So I've got a 2 month wait ahead before they can tell me for sure whats wrong with my left eye and what it means. My partner has also had a hospital referal done. We'll both be blind as bats by the time we're 40 🙈

MyNightstandRunnethOver I read somewhere that Michener said if someone came to me and said they wanted to be a writer and didn't have glasses I wrote them off saying, you obviously haven't read enough to be an author. 7y

quirkyreader I hope the ophthalmologist gets it all sorted. I have to go and see a neuro-ophthalmologist every year. Also, an appointment at a clinic takes two to three hours. So be prepared and make sure someone can drive you home. 7y

Zelma Very nice glasses! Mine keep falling off my face. I have been reusing these frames for 15 years because i love them so much but I think it might be time to retire them. 7y
