As a book in and of itself, Sybil is pretty good. Some of the language is Of A Time, there‘s a lot of outdated commentary and applications of psychotherapy, it needs a big time trigger warning for abuse and mental illness, and there's a lot of controversy about its accuracy - but I was gripped by it.
