-my son had his first in person interview-job hunting- he was happy with it.

-Biggest joy- my Florida relatives(husband‘s family) lost electricity but it‘s back on, his Tampa sister had some flooding but not as high ad last hurricane- most importantly they are all safe.💛❤️🧡

I think I have quite a few things to be grateful this week:

1. Took a mental health day off of work to take a solo trip out of Houston
2. Explored bluebonnets in Ennis
3. Experienced the total solar eclipse
4. HTX bookstore crawl
5. Preparations for 24 hour readathon

Happy Thanksgiving!! I‘m grateful for many things. This is from a run this week with my kiddo, we run (and walk) an annual turkey day 5k today. I also am grateful for laughing out loud today because 5 big turkeys just ran straight down my road. Mark them safe from dinner! 🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃 I love this weekly reminder of things to be grateful for.❤️ @Eggs

@Eggs is sharing gratitude In lieu of #wondrouswednesday for the next 31 days. I just restarted my gratitude practice this week, so great timing. I believe in the power of being grateful, thankful, blessed - like a sign in my kitchen says. My kids enjoy playfully mocking me for my positive signs. It brings them together in laughter. I‘m #grateful those girls have a sense of humor with their ole mom.❤️ please join the practice and spread joy!

I just want to say thank you so much to everyone on here that I've talked to or who has liked my posts and to the hosts of all the readathons and events I've been a part of the last month. I had a really rough two years, and isolated myself so much that it's been hard to get back to being social again even on the internet. And you all made it so much easier. Y'all made me feel less alone too. Happy new year everyone
