I loved the topics: family support, friendship, identity, acceptance, relationships.. So nice, cute, lovely story. It has funny parts. 3⭐️ Book was part of #LGBTBookClub 2023 @AbigailJaneBlog

Listened to this one for #52BookClub2024 summer reading challenge. Book set in a country that won gold in Olympic Women‘s Volleyball.

I liked this second book in the series more than the first. I‘m glad I continued with this quick, fun book. Audrey has opened her vet clinic (with some help from friends) while still working on refurbishing her $1 Sicilian home.

After a soft picks and a so-so for #CampLitsy24 I‘m happy this was a solid pick for me. I loved this book. I listened to the audiobook and it was fantastic. I felt like I was right there with the characters. I‘ll save more thoughts for our camp discussions.

This was my first book by Everett, but I will definitely pick up more.

This is how a historical fiction novel should be written. I loved hearing more about WWII Navajo Code Talkers. Dates and historical events were accurate and I liked that this was told as a grandfather sharing his story and wisdom with his grandchildren.

There‘s just something about a Jennifer Lynn Barnes book. They pull me in immediately. The Brothers Hawthorne & The Naturals series will be hard to beat on my favorites list but this was a solid read.
