Best read in small doses, but very funny at times. I also enjoyed when he lets his persona slip and gives glimpses of himself as a fallible human being.

Not in the database and I'm not adding it because I'm petty

I'm done with this author. I've tried several of their books and it's all juvenile banter and asshole characters. Blergh 🤣

I think this is book 20 of a series. I got it free because it's a Christmas one, maybe? It's not a good book.

There was also a forced wholesomeness that I didn't like. Corny tee shirts were referred to as ‘vulgar‘. There were also some weird references about characters that didn't go to church/believe in God.

Not for me.

Enjoyed it! Matthew started out a spoiled rich kid, but we see his character grow as he learns life lessons while working through his issues. And I love the enemies-to- lovers trope!

THIS BOOK IS SO GOOD! And absolutely filthy. I don‘t really do dark romance, but someone posted a clip of the audio (it‘s a duet, which is rare) & I was like “oooh is this funny, I didn‘t know it was funny” & the Male narrator (Jacob Morgan) 🥵 so hot. highly recommend the audio in particular but the book is amazing in general. So steamy, moments of humor, moments of heart & vulnerability, hurt/comfort, all the good stuff.

This is book four in the series and my favorite so far. I laughed so hard. The text dialog between the guys was the best. Clueless doesn't even begin to describe it. It also was the most emotional of the books so far. The ending just crushed me. So Good! All the feels and then some. 5 ⭐

I found this disappointing after the first book. A lot of time spent in very unpleasant POVs, a lot of nasty fat-shaming, and -- as with the first -- Gamache seems far too willing to let his suspects be involved in the case. (Has he never heard of the concept of tampering with evidence?) Still, I like the characters enough, and am curious enough about the dangling threads, to read on.

For PR damage control, Prince Coal of Christmas finds himself engaged to his best friend, a Princess of Easter. A wrench in the works appears in the visiting Halloween Prince who is distractingly hot.

Was this cheesy & campy? Yes. But it was also very sweet. I did feel like it tried to do too much in such a short time w/ the romance & holiday Game of Thrones level politics, but the characters were all
engaging. Even a misguided Santa.🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
