#LittensLoveRomance Ch.5-8: poor Eleanor! To be shoved off to her mom‘s friend and then left there for like a year. That must have made her feel awful and unwanted. It‘s not right to feel like you have to make yourself invisible. But then at school people notice her for all the wrong reasons. I can‘t wait for Park to notice who she really is and appreciate her.

TheSpineView The biggest thing I took away from these chapters is how people are made to conform. If you don't fit a mold then you are judged, looked down on and it starts from an early age. People can't accept different and different insights fear. 1d

I think it‘s probably harder for kids now with all the technology…the bullying and stupid/bad decisions can live forever online. But as a teen in the 80s, I had a blast! And yes, the school bus seat situation was a very serious thing. I love books with 80s settings! 2d

He had a period came up to her hit her and left. This went on for 2 years. This year it finally ended. I have spoken to the teachers and his parents. Apparently he has some trauma but his parents refuse to help.It gets worse as children get older. Teenagers can be cruel. 2d

SarahBookInterrupted I love that it‘s set in the 80‘s! And I don‘t remember kids being that mean , but I grew up in Canada…there was bullying but not so obvious I think. I do remember how Park is feeling when I could see someone walking into the “fire” and hoping they knew what they were doing. Although I was definitely quicker to help than Park was. (edited) 2d

It was a sad ending - between this and previous stories, Roarke has lost several of his links to his past. I liked seeing Summerset in his element and seeing his bond with Roarke. I‘m interested to see how things will work out for Peabody and Mcnab. ⬇️

Mass is an excellent world builder and writes such great characters. I can‘t wait to get back to them. After the 1st book I wasn‘t sure why the fan base is so loyal, but now I definitely get it. ⬇️

StayCurious How will Feyre stay strong being stuck with Tamlin for who knows how long? And how will she get Lucien onto her side? It‘s clear he doesn‘t agree with what‘s going on, and he‘ll want to be with Elain - so maybe he can be turned to the dark side so to speak. All in all I LOVED this book. It had action, romance, character growth, kick-assery; everything that pulls you in and makes you read a book again. ⬇️

StayCurious main takeaways are that Peabody needs to make up her mind or she‘ll lose McNab. Not sure why she‘s still playing around with their feelings. The last couple of chapters tied things up nicely - with proclamations of love and loose ends tied up. Overall I enjoyed this Irish romance - the characters were fun and it was light and fluffy. I would have enjoyed getting into Callum‘s head a bit more. He was a great character but I wanted a bit more from him. But it was romantic with some sweet moments and I enjoyed it.

He is everything and I‘m glad Feyre is finally listening to her heart. I‘m glad she‘s painting again and has opened up that part of herself again. Obviously a lot can still happen to keep them apart (I‘m looking at you Tamlin) but I love that they‘ve acknowledged their feelings for each other.

mcctrish Two things struck me, Cala mai is brought up and when Feyre was at it the first time she met Rhysand and was kind put out Tamlin didn‘t get it on with her. The next day Tamlin went on about how he smelled her and it made him insane so now I‘m fretting she will be there this year and shit will go down. I think she has feelings for Rhys and I don‘t want anything to wreck them 3w

#LittensLoveRomance Happy St.Patrick‘s day! Let‘s get our Irish on! Ch.1-3: a funny if embarrassing meet cute between Callum and Katie. It was nice of him to seek her out afterwards. He could have just chalked her up to a crazy lady - and who could have blamed him?! So far he seems like a good guy. But things are bound to get more complicated. As they always do. So far I like the Irish setting and some of the side characters seem colourful.

I was, of course, brought up with dress well and never leave the house in "house clothes", including the awful long apron-coat things that women wore at home to protect their good clothing from stains. But I've embraced the "sloth look" since and don't police my children. (their father does though, they have to stay in the car and can't come shopping when they wear joggers, for example). 3w

Secondly, Rhys definitely knows how to challenge Feyre. But using her as bait? Does that go too far? It worked. And now they have the Attor and can get info from him about Hybern‘s plans. And Feyre was mad enough to use her powers. ⬇️

Great fantasy world. A well built fantasy world. It's also suspenseful and unpredictable. That's what I love most about fantasy. I think this will be the best fantasy series I've ever read. 4w

He is allowing her to come to her own conclusions about her love affair with Tamlin and what went so wrong with it. Feyre needs to learn how to live again. ⬇️

mcctrish On the one hand I get that Feyre has given enough and if she was happy to just sit around and paint nobody could complain. But she needs to move and be included and not dressed up like a freaking doll. I totally feel that Rhys and Feyre are bonded and the tattoo is just a mark with some magic. StayCurious Tamlin - in typical Tamlin fashion - just lets her go. This guy - honestly. He could have put up a bit of a fight. But no, Feyre gets taken to the night court and her (delightful) sparring with the enemy begins. I‘m loving it, honestly. 1mo
