wanderinglynn I say decorate it however it makes you happy and leave it decorated that way for however long you want. If Christmas makes you happy, then have it be Christmas all year long. Don‘t worry about what anyone else thinks—it‘s not their tree, it‘s yours. You do you and enjoy it! 4y

Run Like a Mother: How to Get Moving--and Not Lose Your Family, Job, or Sanity | Dimity McDowell, Sarah Bowen Shea

Rant: I went on a Whisky Tango Foxtrot run...my Garmin run drill was supposed to be 12 minute warm up, run/recover :30 three times, and a 10 minute cooldown...25 minutes total. The darn thing stayed on run! 40 minutes and 53 seconds after the warm up...I called it quits. I‘m coming back from an injury- I was not ready for this. Luckily I was wearing my favorite running socks (Stance) and my fave Brooks shoes..you know- silver linings.

The Jump Rope Book | Glen Vecchione

Has anyone else tried to jump rope as an adult? It sucks- not as fun as I remember! 😝

GingerAntics It‘s a much different experience, that‘s for sure. Especially if you‘re a woman. I didn‘t have these things in front of me bouncing around and trying to slap me in the face before. My feet do NOT like jumping rope anymore. 4y

marleed Doubleunders are impossible for me after having had children (some thirty years ago!). I have no idea just how it is that a double under is an mediate attack to the bladder. 4y

GingerAntics @RavenLovelyReads I found out that the arches aren‘t really meant to take that kind of repeated impact like that. I could barely walk for weeks after attempting a jump rope challenge (and lasting less than 3 weeks). 4y
