I have been off my Litsy game the last few weeks, because my job situation has been a rollercoaster ride. I started January off feeling stressed and overwhelmed, and I‘m ending the month with a new job! I‘m going back to the Center for Rape Victims, where I was last year, and I couldn‘t be happier. This is what I‘m passionated about, and the center is literally 2 minutes from my apartment! #NoMoreCommute

I got offered a job today as a psychologist helping under 18s with addiction problems!!!! 🙌🙌🙌
It is for 8 months, and I got a semi long commute, so I‘m going to go audiobook crazy, and just enjoy working, learning and being free from the unemployment-obligations.

My bf bought me celebratory flowers, so you‘ll get a gratuitous bookshelf and flowers photo 😄

I‘m just so happy you guys!

CocoReads @Mccall0113 I‘ll be a pharmacy tech at a small hospital in the town just north of ours (ironically in a different state too). Just part time relief to start with but with a guaranteed 16 hours a week (which is what I work now) but with better pay. It‘s also totally different from anything I‘ve done but I was ready for a new challenge. 6y

Littens! I've accepted a full-time job at Maryland Humanities!! I'll be the Program Assistant for the Maryland Center for the Book!! I'm so incredibly grateful b/c the 3 years since college have not been the best! I'm so thankful 4 Litsy & my Littens!! I discussed this app in my interview & all of the books I've read b/c of y'all & I know that helped! My current job whipped up a little party for me yesterday w/only a few hours notice! 😁💖😍📚😊🎉
