Well guys I am really trying, but I think I‘m just not a fan of Holly Black. Despite descriptions of the world and magic it feels very...unmagical as a reader. I think I‘m just not a fan of the fantasy mixed in with the real world. Bleh. Disappointed because the cover is so pretty and it‘s been hyped but there‘s no special prose or attachment to the characters. I‘ll finish it because I‘m curious but no heartstrings are being pulled here
