pickLoved it! 5⭐️ I read this series so long ago but really liked it and finally picked this one (a novella) and it was so good! I‘m glad I still remembered all the characters and could totally follow their story. I would recommend if you read the series to read this one as well, it‘s worth it.

pick4/5 stars. I really liked this book even after reading all the bad reviews on Goodreads. I could see a few of the things mentioned on the low rating reviews like for example there was a lot of info dump in the beginning of the story and it was kinda too long. I liked that who you think are the villains are surprisingly not and that who you think is the love interest is also not. Also Roan kinda reminded me of Rhysand (and he is my fave) I ♥️ Rhys
Went to the mall yesterday and came home with 5 new Funko Pops. Now I have 44 plus my mini keychain one. I was thinking of not buying anymore once I have 50 but I probably will keep buying them 🤷♀️ it‘s kinda like books, I always say I‘ll stop buying them cause I have no more shelf room then I go buy a new bookshelf 😂 soon I‘ll have no room in the house for bookshelves, lol!

Happy Aloha Saturday! 🌺 Today I went to the Spring Fair from the town I live in Hawaii and my hubby bought me this super awesome fabric Hawaiian bookmark. It has elastic and adjusts to pretty much any size book (I tried on many already, lol). Loving it, the flower is just a hair clip on that I have. Bit of a #shelfie here as well 😉 #Book is on my #tbr
So I still don‘t quite know how to fix pictures so that they fit correctly ☹️ sorry about the books being cut off. One day I‘ll become a Litsy expert 😉

Another book I got for my birthday. Twice Bitten is book #27 in the Argeneau Vampire series and I have been reading this series for so many years... I have loved every single one and have all of them in paperback. Every few years I do a re read of all the books in the series so far and I always love them. Definitely a series I recommend if you like vampires 🧛♂️ #vampires #series #paperbacks #books
So for my birthday yesterday I went to Starbucks to get my B-day drink and since it‘s right there inside Target and I had a gift card I decided to get a few books 📚 Decided on Children of Blood and Bone and the latest Argeneau Vampire book by Lynsay Sands.
3.5 ⭐️ rounded to 4 on GR‘s. I really liked it but I think that if I‘ve read it a few years back I would have loved it and rated a perfect 5. Now let‘s see how the movie compares.

pick4.5 stars I absolutely love every single book Kasie West has written so far although I still need to read her latest that I‘m sure I‘ll love as well. Her books are fun and sweet and quick reads, this one was as well. I read in one sitting. Great characters, my fave was Seth (great book boyfriend material). This is a book I‘m sure many teens will love and I definitely recommend.

so-so3⭐️⭐️⭐️ I think maybe if I‘ve read this book years ago I would have liked it better although that is a big maybe. I got this book for my daughter a few years back and I should have read it before letting her read it 😕 the MC is a 16 yo who smokes a lot and also drinking is everywhere on the story and so much more that I think it‘s not appropriate for teens. I don‘t think I recommend this book, definitely not for teens.
so-so3⭐️ I think I had high expectations and also after reading The Cruel Prince and absolutely loving it this one fell short. It‘s well written and I really liked the world building but to be honest the characters were kinda blah. So I would recommend reading The Cruel Prince instead 😍

pickAwesome story! Great intriguing mystery with some great twists and an ending I didn‘t predict. Loved all the characters and their secrets. Also loved the romance and who the characters were that fell in love. Opposites in every way but perfect together. The most important thing about this book is that it will keep you reading and interested because you just need to know who killed him. Definitely recommend!
