Not telling u what to do, but wanted to show u how I track what I am reading. I use Notion. It is free but can be alittle hard to start if u dont know what u are doing. If u want to do something like this, I would suggest using a free template like I have. But once u get into it, its so easy. I love it becuz I can customize it the way I want to. I dont do it, but u can put notes with each book. U can use Notion for so many things, not just books

I am really really loving how much i am reading and what I am reading with this challenge. I get to read books that I wouldn't normally read in a fun fun way. I am currently on my 13th book of the year. I read almost 90 books last year when I didn't even do this for the whole year. Believe I started this around September. It has really helped me get away without going anywhere⬇️

I finally made it around the board once and hit my first chance space! It sent me to go again (around the board twice? 🤣) and we will see what the next spin brings.

Thank you, @Bookjunkie57 , for sharing #Bookopoly. Here‘s my wrap up. Not too bad & I had so much fun playing. Out of the books I read, 7 came from my shelves so it helped lower my TBR mountain 🤓

Ok, @Bookjunkie57 , I think I‘ve got this right.
Rolled 10. Just visiting jail. Rolled 12. Took me to Chance. Chance was 6. That took me to Water Works. I‘m currently reading the book that‘s been on my TBR the longest (from #LitsyLove anniversary readathon this past weekend). Now to finish it. 🤓

First #Bookopoly roll is an 8. I dug deep into the TBR mountain for this one. Let‘s see if current me can deal with books past me picked.

I've never run a challenge before so forgive me for the many things I'm sure I'm forgetting.

You will need your own dice, dice app or you can ask your phone's digital assistant. The first tab has the board. The second tab has all of the cards that you can screenshot to make posts. How I'm ⬇

Okay I‘m finally doing it. I want to play
#Bookopoly for the month of March. Everyone is invited to join. I‘ll post the link to the board this weekend. Should I start a discord channel for game chat? Looking forward to this new challenge I hope you can join.

Last year I did Bookopoly for the first part of the year and had a lot of fun with it. It was my first time making a board, though, and I got bored with my rolls. They were too restricting. This year, I tried to make things a bit restricted in some cases, but broader in other instances (fantasy is on the board 6 times, for example). I am excited to see how this goes and am currently reading my first book picked by the board! (Finn was helping...)

Here is my Bookopoly board. It is not very fancy, but I am having fun with it so far and reading some neglected books. Hopefully 2020 stays that way! #Bookopoly

We've been playing for 2.5 hours and I still haven't gone broke. I'm trying very hard, my daughter won't let me.

Congrats @MaleficentBookDragon on your milestone. And thanks for the wonderful #giveaway you‘re hosting. My family used to play “Loteria,” which if like the Mexican version of bingo. Instead of numbers and a letter they had drawings. Now that I think about it, they probably used pictures to make it easier to play for those who were illiterate. Anyway, we had so much fun playing it as a family. I may have to purchase a set soon. #letsplayagame

Congrats to @MaleficentBookDragon so to honour your #letsplayagame #giveaway here is a pic of a game I played as a kid and still play today!! This crokinole board was always in the spare room at my Grandparents house, it was hand made by my step great-grandfather many, many years ago. A couple of years ago I asked my Grandmother for it. We still play it. My Dad made one for my sister for her Christmas gift this year!!

Why play regular Monopoly when you can play Star Wars Episode 1 Monopoly? My eight-year-old LOVES Monopoly, which I guess is good practice for math even if this game takes FOREVER!
