I read this for my #BookSpin selection this month but it definitely took a while to get into. This is a multigenerational narrative about first contact and colonization and the first generation was really boring. I don‘t think I really got invested until section vi but from then on I was all in.

My goal for the week is to keep up with the #MobyDickBR and work on my #BookSpin title. If I have time after that I'll work more on finishing the Chrestomanci Series (only two more to go).

I‘m excited about my #BookSpin selections for November. I‘ve heard good things about Vicious and 40k counts for another challenge I‘m doing.
