I found this book boring and dragging... A lot of cringy moments and clichés🤦I just did not like this author's sense of humour 🤷

Totally adorable. All the sweet romcom feels. Grumpy guy, cute but nerdy girl, sweet dog, adventurous mishaps, gorgeous Alaska setting. Fun!
Thanks for choosing this as one of my #TrappedOnAnIsland picks, @Clwojick !

This lighthearted romance was just what I needed after my last book. Zoey is on her dream trip to Moose Springs, Alaska. Graham runs a local restaurant and hates tourists. Then they meet and stuff happens. My #DoubleSpin book. @TheAromaofBooks
Woohoo!! Happy birthday AND happy 300k @wanderinglynn !!! Thanks so much for hosting this fun #300KBirthdayGiveaway !! I've tagged a book that has been on my TBR for a while, but would be thrilled with any book on my TBR list!!
Hope your month is full of happy shenanigans. It's the birthday month for both my husband and my sister (who is also my neighbor) so we will also be partying 😂
Tagged my last read. I don‘t mind visiting Alaska and meeting a tall dark handsome diner owner!
Everybody tagged xx

I finished The Tourist Attraction late last night but have changed my next book to read. Esme (my 12 y/o) has just finished reading The Lion above the door and said “Mum, you really need to read this!”
01. The Tourist Attraction; The Book of Form and Emptiness
02. Feed, by Mira Grant
03. Sea of Tranquility, by Emily St. John Mandel

This was a cute novel. Zoey takes her dream vacation to Alaska where she has many adventures. 🌲🌲 I enjoyed the description of the small town and nature scenes. 😁 I had been reading it over the holidays and finally got around to finishing it 😊 I'd day it was a soft pick.
Just finished this ebook. Due to being sick all week and having a headache, it's been easier to read on my kindle so I can keep the lights low. This was a cute romance set in Alaska. I loved Ulysses the Moose, and Jake the dog. But the main characters were good too. I quick, fun read.
#20in4 #NewYearSpecial @Andrew65
#12Booksof2021 #7thBookof2021 #July This was a funny rom-com; it's not a genre I typically read, but I'm glad I did. @Andrew65
Thanks @kamoorephoto. Late with my #weekendreads - holiday week was busy af 😅
Reading: Fan Fiction: a Mem-noir by Brent Spiner that I got for Christmas ❤
Favorites: Christmas Vacation, Charlie Brown, Scrooged, Mixed Nuts, Planes Trains & Automobiles, horror Jack Frost & sequel, Krampus, & Muppets Christmas Carol 😋
Tagged: Easily bored by romance, but this was ridiculously funny. Kept reading the best lines out loud, so gf read & loved it too 😊
2.5⭐️ I thought it was ok; I think I was expecting more out of the book than I got out of it. It started promising but it just kinda fell flat and unrealistic. The characters were well developed, but I would have liked to see the personality of the town a little more. #2021 #bookreview #bookstagram #romcom #fiction #mistletoemaniacs #wintergames2021 +16pts
1) Tagged book, Dear Santa, State of Terror, The Christmas Escape, The White Ship, The Royal Governess
2) Laundry, reading, working on my Bible study, getting a good chunk of those ridiculous Hallmark movies that I have on the PVR watched.
3) Anything on my #bookspinbingo card.

Just does make it into a pick for me. It was pretty cute, but seemed to drag a bit toward the end.

My first holiday TBR book for #wintergames2021
This one was a light read and fun in Alaska. The main issue is that the guy is described as grumpy and he‘s not all that grumpy. Still fun!

This is a super cute romance read. This is the first book I've read by this author and excited to read more. 🤓❤️ #romance
What a sweet little romance! Zoey are Graham are meant for each other, even if they keep denying it over and over. Alaska is my dream place, so the imagery won me over. I took a solo momcation there in 2019 and fell in love with its beauty just like Zoey. I‘d rate this pg13 in the romance department, which is how I prefer my books. Book #51 in 2021
First romance I‘ve read in a long time! Picked it up because it takes place in Alaska - enjoyed every page!
This is a really cute rom com and i am a sucker for books with pets🐶
This was a really fun rom-com! Zoey is in Moose Springs, Alaska on a vacation she saved up for years to go on. Graham is from Moose Springs, runs a little restaurant called The Tourist Trap, and doesn't like tourists.
Cute rom-com alert!! Graham is a grumpy diner owner in a small Alaskan town who hates tourists. Enter Zoey, the cute and down-to-earth tourist who makes him break all his rules, but who is only on vacation for two weeks. Add in some flirty banter, a silly moose, and a loveable doggo. I enjoyed my time in Moose Springs and will be reading the rest of the series.
Best way to beat the blistering heat? Read a book set in Moose Springs Alaska! Really enjoyed this light witty romance between a local, Graham, who wants to protect his town from over tourism and Zoey, the endearing tourist who catches his eye, and heart!

Sweet, funny, with a happy ending and something I don‘t have to think too hard about. That‘s what I look for in a light-hearted romance novel & this book delivered.
A fun setting in Moose Springs, Alaska. A grumpy but funny local male and a sweet but determined tourist female. Plus a moose and a blind border collie. Let the shenanigans begin.
The narrator also did a good job.
8hrs for #20in4 for a total of 17hrs
This was completely adorable. Another day I might have gotten annoyed by all the hijinks but today I was in the right mood for humor plus romance. Graham and Zoey were both wonderful characters and the Ulysses episode ripped my heart out. It all added up to a lovely day of reading.
Graham cracks me up 😄
A light and fluffy romance and a “Luke from Gilmore Girls” type lead male, sign me up. Graham owns a popular burger shop in a small touristy town in Alaska and is not a fan of tourists, until Zoey comes to town on her vacation of lifetime (in more ways than one). While predictable, I enjoyed it so much that when the ending I expected happened it was exactly what I wanted. I‘m looking forward to reading more about Moose Springs.
@WanderingBookaneer was right: this is really fun!
Anyone else get a big Luke from Gilmore Girls vibe from Graham? Just read the first little bit and cannot stop picturing him.
Finished it at 2:45 this morning. Another one that I just wanted to keep reading! Made me smile from beginning to end....and I had to stifle my early morning laughter several times. Quirky characters, heartfelt moments, and one amorous moose made for an enjoyable read!
5* Welp finished this one in a 24 hour period dispite working a full shift. Got called out for reading during dinner too LOL. I found the book, the characters, the town, the animal advocacy, storylines, and pacing perfect. The perfect example of how a closed-door romance should be. Can't wait to get to #2, book #3 publishes next week and I'm eager to get my hands on it.
This was so cute that I was almost not able to read it because I was in a bad mood — does that make any sense? 😂
I‘ve lived in a few places where the townie/outsider dynamic is real, so I connected with this book. And both of the main characters are SUCH CINNAMON ROLLS plus there are actual cinnamon rolls and a cute dog and — ugh. Melt.
I should have the second book in my hands sometime in the next few days. 😄
This book gave me Northern Exposure meets Gilmore Girls vibes! I kept envisioning Graham as an Alaskan version of Luke Danes from Gilmore Girls. Lol! This would actually make for a fun and entertaining Netflix series. I could picture each of Zoey‘s vacation days as a different episode.
I enjoyed this romp through the little town of Moose Springs and its characters. It‘s predictable, but just dive in and enjoy it anyway. Perfect escapism!
Nope. I'm half way through and all the characters are still irritating to me. The entire plot is white hipsters in Alaska flirt and it's just boring. My favorite parts are the blind dog and the moose and that is not enough to get through another 5.5 hrs. I'm out. I hope they don't end up in love, but I'm sure they do. Because they both like Alaska, animals, and reading, and that's all it takes, right? TBR 16 pts #WinterGames2020 #MerryReaders

This would have been a 4 star pick if it just weren't so long. I'm not big on rom-com books, but this one hooked me in the beginning. I liked the characters, and enjoyed the story. But the last 3rd of the book dragged, and the ever repeating conflict was overdone. I've got her second book on my kindle, but now I'm not sure if I want to read it.

I adored this book. The laugh out loud moments were wonderful, the characters were well developed, the plot moved along nicely, and the romance was *chef's kiss*
Graham and Zoey have a great chemistry that was immediate and electric. What a way to spend a vacation.
