I think I have my November #bookspinbingo list together, but I probably will still be working on October for the next couple of weeks. The month was just too quick! I‘ll tag my November books in the comments.

I really enjoyed this book. I'm not sure why though. It was one of the more disturbing books that King wrote. In the intro he even explains how his Bachman alter ego's work is more angry and hopeless than his. Still I found this book really engrossing and I started to really care about the characters, especially Garraty and McVries.
Note to self: Do not get attached to Bachman's characters 🤦🏼♀️

I did it. I finished The Stand. I mostly used the audible version which to my surprise is the complete and uncut version. I really enjoyed it. Sadly the plot of mass plague by military screw up seemed a little too plausible and for that reason was the most terrifying part of the book. Nick and Trashcanman were my two favorite characters.

I really liked Night Shift, even though some of the stories were just weird. Children of the Corn and The Lawnmower Man were my favorites. Mostly I wanted to finish Night Shift early so I could get a head start on The Stand. The Stand has been haunting my started but never finished pile for over ten years now 🤦🏼♀️
